“We recently had french patio doors installed by Fairco. From the first encounter with Zara at the showroom to the visit by Jack in sales to the measurement by Kevin and finally the installation by Vaz and Mick it was a very professional and easy experience. Each person was so detailed in their knowledge of what they had to offer. Jack had a great insight into the design that would work fir our home but not at all pushy. The communication was excellent and the installation much sooner than expected which wad great. The house was left spotless and the doors look fabulous. Love the natural grain in white and the trim finish makes the finish look perfect. Was assured if any "settlement" of the system were to occur they would be out to rectify. Very reassuring. Shopped around a little but tbh no other supplier gave that first impression of professionalism that Fairco did. 100% recommend the team at Fairco.”

“I recently got my windows and a back door installed by Fairco and I couldn’t be happier. I dealt with Paul in the sales team and he was brilliant, he gave some brilliant ideas and didn’t try to oversell me anything. After shopping around a few places I thought Fairco was the best and decided to go with them. From start to finish they were amazing and such a quick turnaround from sale to installation (a few weeks!). When it came to installation day the guys (in particular Noel) who completed the work were friendly and professional. I left the property while work was going on and a few hours later all done with no mess and great quality work. 10/10 experience for me.”

“Sean and Adam did a great job on installing the windows. Fairco Deansgrange were very easy to deal with and from initial quote, to payments and installation there were no issues. Communication was very good and I was never left wondering when the windows would be installed.”

“A great team to deal with & very focused on ensuring that all the small details were taken care of. One small gripe concerning not having been made aware that extra keys would be relatively expensive ( 100 euro when courier costs and customs duty were discharged ). I should point out though that three keys were supplied with the door.”

From the moment we visited their showroom, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel welcome and provided invaluable guidance, answering all our questions with patience and expertise. Paul, the sales representative, provided excellent advice tailored to our needs, ensuring we felt confident in our choices. Peter, the surveyor, was equally meticulous and thorough, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. On installation day, Tony and Yaric were exceptional. They worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, all while being friendly and courteous. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and they left everything spotless when the job was done.
