This is standard practice, especially when a site visit may not be feasible at the initial stage. Providing accurate measurements helps us deliver a meaningful quote and avoid delays.
We’d also like to make it clear that we do not discriminate against any customer — including those applying for grant assistance or older homeowners. In fact, we regularly provide quotes for grant-funded projects across both Dublin City and Fingal County Councils.
