The job has been carried out much quicker than I thought it would be. The Fairco team said that they would arrive at 8:00 am the next morning and indeed, they arrived at 7:58 am very reliably. They were punctual on the following day too. The crew was very professional, super friendly - and they even cleaned up very well after themselves. Best of all, two hours after the window installation was completed, my 6 y/o said: "Mommy, why is the house so warm?" I'm going to apply for an increased BER rating for the house.
