About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Using this company feels like dealing with a large, automated system that lacks flexibility and won't resolve your issue. You're better off working with a smaller company that takes your concerns seriously and has the expertise to solve your problem. *********** Since this review, Fantastic services have contacted me and offered a solution and therefore I have now updated my review to reflect their service.

The deep clean service was not perfect and the cleaners that were sent to do the job were not up to standard. However, Adam in customer services ensured that my concerns were addressed and spent significant time and effort to rectify the issue. He provided a very high standard of customer service, for which I am very grateful.

I'm happy with the resolution from Fantastic after they responded to my review. === Original review === I booked an hourly service (After Builders Cleaning), based on an estimated number of hours. The cleaners did a pretty poor job, but more importantly they only spent 50% of the estimated hours. So I'm owed a 50%-ish refund, but it's impossible to contact a human at Fantastic to get a partial refund. The lack of ability to contact a human is shocking! - Their AI chatbot promises callbacks which never materialise, and refuses to give a phone number or email address. - There's no reply from their phone ticketing system or online complaints page. - Even the customer service twitter account doesn't reply.

With regards to the service, this is generally been very good. My only minor complaint is the amount of "chaser" phone calls I get from them, about anything else I need or want etc.

Georgi did a great job at cleaning a filthy sofa. He was good at communicating delays to arrival time due to traffic, and very chatty once here - perhaps a little less chat and a bit more attention to detail! A few splats from the steamer made their way onto the walls and mirror.

I would give five stars for the cleaning work. The technician was fast, friendly, efficient, and did a fab job. The reason for deducting one star is because the job was cancelled and had to be rescheduled a few times (at the last minute)

Excellent service, was kept up to date with timings and process. Lui was on time and quick, unfortunately although he did try his best but not all stains could come out, however not at fault of his work but nature of stains.

Service was for cleaning a king size matress. Staff are polite and punctual. Matress has been hygenically cleaned. The after sales service also called me to check that I was happy with the service and their care was exceptional. Well done Fantastic Services

I want to add on to my review below.... I was contacted by a lovely customer service personal who went through all the details of my experience and not only apologised for all the inconvenience but facilitated a refund of membership. I was really glad that a customer 's views were acknowledged diligently by someone from the team . I appreciate this effort. Original experience -Unfortunately my expectations were not met at all. Though during membership I was told every service could be provided in my postcode and within the next day but whenever I went on to book it, it was either not available in my postcode, or it was too late to book( even if more than 48 hrs notice) or you have to pay extra eg for transport of removal van from London to Manchester. The handyman n gardners didn't cover my postcode and end of tenancy cleaning couldnt be booked. So basically after paying the full membership I only got a one of cleaning service. I am always told, we can provide you all other services but unfortunately it's never the one I ask for.

I was pleasantly surprised by my carpet cleaning experience with Fantastic Services. They did an amazing job! There are no stains left, and my room smells fresh and clean thanks to Fantastic Services. They were little late at the appointed time but I couldn't be happier with their service provided

After a very unpleasant experience with my last move I was not very happy that I had to go through all of it again. This time, however, I got lucky. Everything went smooth with just a small hiccup - the team was about 10 minutes late but they called to warn me. There was no stress, no dealing with complaints and refunds, all the boxes and furniture were delivered promptly and in a good condition. That's what I expect from a removals service.

I used the pest control service. The staff member was knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. There are follow up visits, so I cannot comment on the treatment results.

It was a good experience. I thought it could have been very stressful, but thanks to these guys, all went smoothly. They were helpful, speedy and efficient. The only negative part of the service is that they advised choosing the bigger van size, which was unnecessary. Overall, excellent service.
