About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Warning - this company gave a quote & then took multiple transactions from my card, i had to make contact with my card fraud department for action. They have since blocked my number & wont return simple requests for invoices

I used Fantastic Services to move from London to Slough in December 2022. The movers themselves were very helpful—one of them even assembled my desk, which he didn’t have to do. We had a cordial conversation, and my mother (who was in the UK at the time helping me with the move) and I were initially very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, after the move, I discovered that my Sony WH-1000XM5 Noise Cancelling Wireless Headphones (worth £350-400) were missing. The only reason they hadn’t been packed was because I intended to use them during the journey, and my mother can confirm that I specifically asked her not to pack them. The final stage of the move was hectic. I had to return to the apartment to collect my router, iPhone charger, and a few other items. A taxi was already waiting, and the driver kindly agreed to wait while I quickly retrieved everything. I specifically looked for the headphones—but they were gone. The movers had already left. The headphones had been left next to several flower beds that one of the movers carried. He had spent time in my office (a small room), and there’s no way he would have missed them. Afterward, I checked with my former letting agents—they hadn’t seen them. I returned to the flat myself, and they were nowhere to be found. I strongly believe one of the movers took them. I reported the issue to Fantastic Services but was told to contact the police. Without concrete proof, I knew that wouldn’t lead anywhere. So nothing came of it. While the move itself went smoothly, the experience left me with a deep sense of disappointment and distrust—especially as there was no meaningful support when something valuable went missing. The headphones alone cost nearly as much as the move. I would advise others to be cautious and not leave any valuables unsupervised during a move.

Was invoiced £98 for cancelling a “free trial” clean, despite no written agreement, no cancellation policy disclosed, and no terms accepted. Prior charges were made for unbooked services—refunded only after a bank dispute. Repeated unsolicited contact followed. Breaches Consumer Contracts Regulations and lacks transparency. Recommend caution and verifying all terms in writing.

CROOKS!! paid for a clean and the cleaner collected keys and then said they did not work and returned the keys to my agent and went home when i used they keys this morning they worked perfectly fine. now I am trying to re-book the clean they want me to pay another £200 and told me the cleaner said there were no keys handed over this is LIE! they keep hanging up when i call its only on the 5th call they are now asking for photo proof keys were checked out they will consider booking in my clean.

Go elsewhere. Poor communication, poor cleaning and unprofessional. I booked cleaning services with Fantastic Cleaning and joined the Fantastic Club at a cost of $89 The issues started almost immediately after the booking 1. Despite the cleaning spot being available online, I received a call shortly after the booking informing me the cleaners were not available at that time and so this was rebooked 2. The carpet cleaners were booked to turn up at 12pm pm which was confirm via text and email to arrive between 12 – 1 pm. However, despite this long window, they arrived at almost 2pm. 3. The cleaners arrived on the rebooked day and did the cleaning, however they did not work the full time and the did not clean properly 4. The carpet cleaners arrived on time for the rebooked cleaning, and while their cleaning was as expected, their comments were not 5. The last straw is that they cancelled my regular booking with no notice or communication.

Do NOT use this service. I contacted for a deep cleaning of my apartment. That is all I wanted and somehow their sales people managed to talk me into some membership thingy, a mistake on my part for sure but they were very insistent about it. In my quote I specified I needed the couch to be cleaned well… that’s another fee, okay fine. 2 separate services for the next day. Next day: no one shows up. I call and they tell me that the couch person got held up somewhere else and the other team… oh didn’t I know they declined the job? No, I sure didn’t. They claimed they sent an email— they also didn’t. I need to first get pest control because I had admitted we just found fleas on my cat. Needless to say pest control costs twice the amount of the deep cleaning and some dude would come check the place out, assess then do it… whatever, no thanks, this is something you do yourself with a spray, I don’t have a single flea bite we’re not infested. The couch person however is still coming! A day after. Day after: no show. I call, this time the machine broke. Sure… but tomorrow surely they will come! Third day again no show, this time they claim there was no parking and I don’t have parking spaces near me (I do), but no of course I’m wrong. At this point I’m fed up and I ask for a refund for everything (they had already refunded the deep cleaning at least). In the end not only they can’t refund the couch service (which to them I canceled… because getting 3 days of no shows for them is ME canceling somehow) but I also have a CANCELLATION FEE. So I lost the ~£40 for the couch and also got a ~£30 cancellation fee detracted from my membership fee refund, so ~£50 instead of ~£80. Basically I spent ~£70 and got nothing but a headache. So much for “fantastic” services!!!

DO NOT BOOK. Absolute Crooks! Unprofessional, incomplete work and rude. We booked them to do a beginning of lease clean as we were renting our unit out. We had already paid them the full amount of what they said would be the cost of the cleaning service. Except when their cleaners arrived they started asking us pay them extra for doing basic cleaning like the oven or cleaning the windows. We suspect that given the force at which they pushed these additional payments that that is what their salary is based off. We spoke to their manager several times and so did the cleaners but the cleaners insisted that we had to pay them more. When we kept refusing he got abusive and told the manager that we had been lying and said they wouldn't do the job. For which we had already paid over $600 for. They even claimed that the outdoor space was too big. (it was a small balcony of a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment not even large enough to fit a table on!) Our place was not properly cleaned at all. We sent videos and photos but was not offered any compensation. And there was damage done to our window locks. When we called fantastic services to either refund or complete the job, we never really got any resolution. To be compliant to rent out the agent had to get another cleaner to come out which was several hundred dollars more after we had already paid Fantastic Services over $600!! Their customer service line is an answering machine, nobody ever picks up and now we understand why. This company caused us a great deal of stress on top of the money we spent.

I’ve had 3 cleanings with them. 1 they barely did anything (probably because I left them alone and rippled in advance). 1 they didn’t want to clean certain things (eg inside kitchen cabinets) but did a good job with the rest. And the last 1 no one ever showed up and customer support was ignoring us. Terrible terrible service, you’re better off asking around for a private cleaner

When I booked the removal service I thought the time they provided was far longer than required but they insisted it must be booked this way and if it finishes earlier I'll recieve a pro rated refund. The work was carried out well but as I expected it it only took 60% of the time they made me pay for. Upon trying to get a refund for the time that wasn't used they insisted it took the full amount of time quoted. Despite having trackers in the vehicles they wouldn't disclose what this showed I had to provide evidence it didn't take that long. Despite providing cctv images of the van arriving and departing they still stated it must have taken longer than the images showed. Genuinely not sure how to deal with these people so had to take to ombudsman and will take it police if necessary on a count of fraud. Not sure how they think they can argue with CCTV

I wish I could have option to give zero star to this company , service is pathetic and complain team will make your life hell. I had very worst experience with the company twice. They get your money in advance and then they send someone to clean house. Team who comes for cleaning will get into property with bad facial expression and make you feel Like you have property in very bad condition and start saying we will need more effort, more money etc. Pleas Never ever go for this company end-of-tenancy cleaning, please hire someone from bark or an individual who will clean the property properly and then ask for money. They offer you warranty and extended warranty, which is again a trap, that's just a way to get you to opt for service. These extra money is again useless. Even after many complaints they didn't do anything, they listen to their team, not what you tell them. They do all this intentionally and keep delaying. They know that as a Tenant you don't have time to keep discussing. Finally after many complains I gave up and hired someone else to do the job again and they did perfectely. No complain. Just don’t opt for this fraud company for end-of-tenancy service. Avoid avoid avoid. Don't waste your money. Better do yourself.

I was with this company for over a year and had nothing but anguish and frustration! They have a great app, but their cleaners are very poor, particularly when it comes to ironing, which was the main service that I needed! Today, I decided to stop using them even though I renewed the annual membership, because they cancelled my cleaning session without notifying me! They confirmed it two days ago, then cancelled without any notification! When I called to enquire why my cleaner is not coming, they insisted that I requested the cancellation, which is simply not true! There was no apology, just insistence that I requested it, even though I repeatedly told them that I did not! Outrageously defensive and unprofessional behaviour! I am now left with a pile of shirts that I need to take to dry cleaners. I can not trust this company to continue to do business with, and I do not recommend them to anybody!

Used Fantastic Services 12 months ago for a home move and had no issues. Contacted them recently to quote for a further move next month for the exact same furniture but a much shorter moving distance (less than 1 mile) and have been quoted double the price!! Further to this they have taken unauthorised payments for a hidden 'membership' fee which was never agreed with me. Seems like they are a company which will do what ever they can to take your money. Customer service also do not let you actually speak to anyone when you try to lodge a complaint. Funny how it's impossible to get them to leave you alone when you aren't trying to make a complaint then as soon as you want to complain they go silent...

Beware of Fantastic Services. I paid over 500 pounds for end of tenancy deep clean. They took my money and not even a vacuum entered the flat. Garbage strewn everywhere. Their complaint system is meant to drive you nuts, no claim can be solved. They also offered me free maintenance, I accepted because it was complimentary. Then I find out that I was charged 200 pounds. For what? he put wall putty on a few holes and left the flat with many maintenance issues unresolved. Even the putty looks terrible as it was not sanded down. Overall I was charged 3 times the original quote through a barrage of harassing phone calls and emails. While moving flats. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with UK company. AWFUL!

Don't use these guys! You will throw your money in the bin! Paid over £500 for after building clean where they state they will clean dust, debris and paint mark. Did a superficial clean only. They didn't clean skirting boards or door frames. They didn't have a ladder or step so no intention of cleaning the higher up areas. Areas completely missed that were in plain sight. They were paid specifically to do an oven clean service also. DON'T waste your money on them..I felt like I threw my money in bin. I was only refunded £75 of the cost after 1 week of back and forth messaging. Initially they offered me £15 off a follow up clean! Showed them lots of pictures and told them I had videos. There excuse was they did the best they could regardless of what point I made and which photo I sent. Just saw top of oven and full of grease. Disgusting company; charging ridiculous fee for a service they did not provide. Fake advertisement; things listed in an after building clean failed to be done. The cleaners were also off site for a total of at least 50 mins so the £75 wasn't really much of a compensation. I didnt have the energy or time to argue for more but don't want anyone else to make the mistake of booking this clean. I have however written another complaint after seeing the top of the oven. The people who performed my clean were 'SG CLEANING SERVICES LIMITED'. First I did not want to name and shame but the more I cleaned myself, the more upset I got seeing all the dirt and grime they failed to clean. Loads of paint marks too,which the description said would be cleaned off. Awful service. They should be reported to trading standards. Not sure how to post pictures on this review but I have loads.

Unreliable, and really bad customer service. They cancelled a jet wash service with no notice twice. The customer service team was very unhelpful. AVOID.

I have commissioned a floor plan from Fantastic Services and it has been an absolute disaster! First of all, the clerk didn't turn up for the first appointment! Second appointment wasn't attended either (apparently the clerk was stuck in traffic). Third appointment has finally happened (although I already wasted a lot of time being out of my office, sitting and waiting for the confirmed appointments). What's absolutely appalling that the floor plan I finally received is massively different (by 44 sq m!! it's a size of a studio apartment in London) from the plans done previously by other company and our architect. Clearly the size of the rooms hasn't changed and the flat couldn't have magically grown so drastically! Also there are numerous mistakes on the floor plan received from Fantastic Services, including, but not limited to: missed windows in the utility room, missed balcony (as we commissioned both inside measurements and outside), size and shape of the garden is wrong, size of every single room is wrong,..) I mean you couldn't do worse even if you try! Thus, I recommend avoiding this company at all costs given zero professionalism and awful quality of work delivered.

Cleaner never turned up. I was double charged. Last 3 cleaners who turned up provided sub average prices. The list of f*ck ups is very long. Unfortunately I pay for the premium membership with them that is ment to give me priority support and service and what ever other BS they promised me to get a yearly fee of over 100 pounds to sign up. I have no problem with paying but I expect a certain level or quality and professionalism. I have been met with random price increases. I get hung up on when I challenge their decision on double charging me. Very very poor services and less than average cleaners. This company makes my blood boil. Do not used these crooks under any circumstances. If only they put half their effort in giving a quality services as they do in upselling the to their clients. Again do not use these fools.

I travelled to Ldn to complete 2 minor works in my flat. I booked Fantastic Services for that. The window cleaning was cancelled last minute with no other alternative option during the 3 days of my stay. Even worse was the gardening. A guy came in as scheduled and said he was going to park the car. Never came back. After much struggle I managed to reschedule for the next day. Never showed up. No apologies. This company rely on people they do not control, therefore being a disaster. I would strongly recommend to avoid using it
