About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You pre pay and the deliver and awful service and there is nothing you can do about it.here you can see my windows after an expensive window clean. You can barely see through.

Overcharged my card by around £500 without a quote or approval to debit my account (quoted and agreed on a maximum of £403, charged £924), on a job that not only took too long but was so uneven had to be redone by someone else.

Packaging and removals quote entirely inaccurate - they seem to understate the fees to hook you in, then charge double for their own incompetence. People on the ground were very polite (the actual service is outsourced) but they can’t do much when they are given the wrong info by the FS people. Shameful. Will never use again.

Avoid this company at all cost they are a bunch of thieves who completely miss lead the customer, once they have your bank details they take money out of your account for services you have not agreed to and their services are actually appalling. My Story: I requested a removals quote with them and have been quoted £197.00 which I accepted. On the phone I was told they have a special offer for me and because I booked this service with them, I am getting a free Membership in the value of £80 something pounds for the year which will bring me discounts to their services. Moving day comes, they arriver 2 hours late from the agreed time which was incredibly unprofessional. They turn up saying that their van was full and had to empty it. I think we can all agree if you booked a job for 8 am one needs to ensure their van is ready to take that job. Following this, the men who were loading the van were taking their sweet time to load. I went upstairs 5 times bringing stuff down to the van, whilst one of them went up on time and the other was fiddling inside the van. They called me consistently throughout the move telling me how I will be charged extra because it seems to take a long time to load. I was extremely stressed on my move day and they were ringing me non stop from the head office which was far from convenient. In the end they managed to load the van in 1.5 hours but unload it in 15min.. interesting that. I also had booked 3h of cleaning in an empty flat. The cleaning level was so poor that they have now refunded it. When I thought I am finally done with this company I am being told I have been invoiced £80 for this so called membership which was sold to me as FREE. Logged onto my online account and they do not seem to have a bank card on record which I can see on my account and can possibly cancel, no record of this membership, no record of my past bookings. This company will take money from your account without your permission. I am 2 months pregnant and this has brought so much stress into my life for the past 2 weeks it is unacceptable. Avoid at all cost.

Extremely disappointing introduction to using Fantastic Services. Stayed at home on busy workday to ensure I was able to receive the electrician and was willing to pay a premium to use them in exchange for reliable service - instead today the electrician doesn't turn up for over 1 hour and 10 minutes, zero communication from them and unable to get in touch with Fantastic Services - have tried calling them for the past 40 minutes and stuck on automated hell. Can't track the professional as there's no record of the booking in the online account, even though I have emails from FS confirming the appointment today. Very disappointing first experience of FS and will be cancelling FS membership for sure.

A nice girl, however, terrible clean. Some issues that I had : - Arrived at the wrong house, started the clean without meeting me or entry to the house - Tried to end the clean/leave with 30 min left on the clock - Used paper towels throughout clean, even after being asked to use clean towels/microfiber towels - Cleaned with water instead of antibacterial cleaner which was all provided, just not used - Cleaned the floors wrong after being told there was a special cleaner and way to clean (also did not ask before she started, though being present and telling her there was a certain method) - Cleaning was all around very poor, nothing polished - nothing dusted - Cleaning around objects, not underneath - I had to show her basically how each job was to be done It was overall a terrible experience for me with a person who didnt really care. Almost child-like, having to show her the quality I’m looking for. Had I not of been there to monitor, my house would have not looked any better than I left it. What was so bothersome to me was that she started on the clock without having actually started to clean and tried to leave before her clean was even done. The experience was bad and the clean was bad. I do not recommend.

This company is fraudulent with their quoting process. Trying to move, they cost me over a £1000 pounds to deal with the aftermath of their fraudulence (and incompetence). They are now harassing me for £25 after failing to deliver any services whatsoever. Avoid. As you are better off lighting hundreds of pounds on fire.

Recommendation: Avoid We were very disappointed with the 'Fantastic Club' Membership service. The marketing webpage says that by becoming a member you will be able to "apply 30 credits to 10 different bookings to get £30 OFF the price total of each one". We only want to have the cleaning service - and we interpreted this as meaning that the 30 credits can be used 10 times for cleaning services. In fact buried in the Ts&Cs it says that a different type of service group has to be used each time i.e. it can't be used for the same service several times. It's fine to have a rule like this - but I was really disappointed as the marketing webpage didn't explain that rule at all. We found out too late and the company won't refund the membership fee. Writing a marketing webpage which doesn't match the Ts&Cs seems to be a way to try to mislead potential customers. We felt scammed. I'm wondering if this is possibly in breach of consumer rights law. It is completely self-defeating to treat customers in this way - the only thing it encourages is for us to tell everyone not to use your service.

Do not use this company. They charge you so many hidden fees and are incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional. I've never experienced a company who operates like this, and will make you book additional hours of cleaning when you didn't request or need it and then make you pay a 100% cancellation fee. Save yourself the hassle and stress!!

****APPALLING APPALLING APPALLING***** And getting worse all the time - no lessons learned just one bad experience after another! No loyalty and continuously bad services all round! While Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov, co-founders and CEOs of (definitely NOT) Fantastic Services appear to be heading out to their little events in the hope of winning awards for their business it makes me wonder if they actually have any idea of what is actually going on within their company! Do you gentlemen? Perhaps you should do a little investigating of your own and when you do maybe you will discover just how appalling your customer service team are and how they do not actually resolve, improve or indeed learn from their mistakes and failings. I have a plethora of stories that may make you rethink your business model and if you want to take part (and/or hope to be nominated again) in the future for further awards then perhaps you should hear some of the real stories of the cleaners you are sending out (or, as the case may be, often NOT sending out with no notification as to why) for your (not so) fantastic cleans! THEN you may want to realign things because your business will not survive otherwise! Good luck because you're gonna need it! Check out just a few of the photos of how these cleaners seem to think it's acceptable to leave beds at the end of their clean!!!! It's laughable! One cleaner actually asked me to explain to her why I didn't think it was acceptable!!!! I mean the duvets weren't even pushed into the duvet covers properly or entirely, beds were left without a bottom sheet (even though there is a service cupboard FULL of sheets and cleaning products), pillows without pillow cases, beds actually not even made - it's a joke. They're having a laugh. I asked one cleaner whether they are professionally trained to clean and why she thought the beds were acceptable and she told me 'yes, they are trained but not many people want their beds made'!!!!!! I mean......what??????

The most traumatic experience I’ve had today. The staff was extremely rude non professional and left after one hour where was I had booked them for 5 hours and paid a hefty amount of £222 and left me in tears. Instead of refunding my amount the customer care has failed to even get back to me properly on the matter. I’m leaving reviews on every platform so other people cannot be mugged and stear clear of this dodgy organisation.

On the 12th of April, I paid £55 for a rug cleaning service. I was promised a 5 step cleaning procedure and both sales representatives said it'll take roughly 30 - 40 minutes, fully aware of the larger size of my rug. Yet out of 5 steps, only 1 took place. It took a total of 5 minutes to complete the cleaning, the other 5 minutes was spent setting up and draining the equipment. A total of 10 minutes. I was promised a deep cleaning procedure and the cleaner spent 5 minutes steaming my rug. What a joke! I raised this complaint and the gaslighting response was beyond. The customer service representative denied any stains on the rug when the pictures they saw (because I sent them) weren't even close up to see the stains. They also claimed that the rug was preheated as part of their cleaning procedure, yet I stood there and saw none of that happen. Please avoid this company like the plague. I tried to solve this issue before leaving this review but their response has been unacceptable.

I set up a gardening service for my sister in Dulwich as she was incapable of keeping her garden under control. The arrangement was for one cleanup visit every 8 weeks. Without contacting me (the one paying for this service) they got my sister to agree to a "waste disposal" visit which has just cost me £35. I still don't know what such a service is! However, I was not consulted and only found out about it when the bill arrived. Draw your own conclusions if you wish to enter partnership with these people if they are liable to do this to you. I cancelled all links with them today.

I had booked for different services with Fantastic services. But my experience was appalling. They are not at all transparent in their charges. The quality has been very average for the kind of price they charge. They promise more and deliver less. Also, please if you want to cancel or reschedule a service please do it well in advance and read the fine prints very well else you will get trapped the way i was. They charge you for cancellation, rescheduling etc and please do your comms over email, please do not do it over phone. Because if you have spoken to them over phone and confirmed, they bluntly refuse to agree. So please please do not get trapped and lose your money the way i got. I would summarise the services i got as disgusting and appalling services :). Regards to all.

Fantastic services not good anymore. It’s ripoff now. On one occasion . Booked 2 hrs. The guys came did work for 1hr and left. I complained… but no support. Again I booked cleaner for 3hrs. Infact if I’d done myself it would be better. He only touched bathroom for couple of minutes and kitchen and left.. it was horrible… no hoover no proper clean. I had to redo all myself.. fantastic cleaners company just ripped me off my money for their own good and serious poor service.‘it’s very unfair

Extremely unprofessional services in the name of a cleaning club membership. Change cleaners at the last minute, charge where cleaning was not done, say they have refunded money when this has not happened and when one is frustrated and contact them they slam the phone! The complaints department never even responded. I am not going to hoover the flat after the cleaner has left. STAY AWAY I am disappointed as I joined them after a recommendation. STAY AWAY and SAVE HASSLE AND MONEY No one bothers to get back with complaint response let alone refund money and membership !!!! It’s a Spam

I can not believe it! The workman came to clean our oven and put his equipment on our HOB to clean them. He obviously dirtied our HOB and cleaned it with that piece of Steel Wool he was using as there were remnants all over the HOB of the steel wool. Our Housekeeper and my wife both came to me to say that someone had used steel wool on our BRAND NEW HOB!

Had a terrible experience with Fantastic services today - booked a carpet clean carefully scheduled first thing so kids are in school as it takes 6-8 hours to dry at least plus chemicals. But due to snow last night schools are closed and I had to ask the not Fantastic services to reschedule- however they were adamant that I have to pay 50% penalty to reschedule (or 100% cancellation). I explained it’s a Monday morning- I alerted them as soon as I knew - but absolutely rigid and v unreasonable - I told them they are basically asking me to get carpets cleaned with chemicals while kids are in the house or to send them to school when it’s closed.so now I’m stuck with them for this clean but never ever will I use them again.
