About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Fantastic services arranged for Grenade cleaning ltd to clean my one bed flat. I spoke to the cleaner when they arrived and explained what I wanted done. Unfortunately their standard of work was amazingly poor. The bath had not been cleaned , the bathroom floor was not cleaned. The floor in the kitchen where the washing machine had been was very dirty. The kitchen sink had not been cleaned and draining board was very smeared. I am not sure they did any cleaning at all. They had removed the plastic sheeting from the floor as requested but that’s all they did. If you want to waste your money then fantastic services are for you.

Warning!! Do not use this company or become a member of their club! They change their prices once you are a member so that you think you are getting a deal but you are actually paying more. When there is a problem they insist that you deal with an online portal so you can't talk to anyone to sort it out. Had real problems with this company. Very very poor customer services! You take a risk using their services.

The key thing to know is they franchise all their services. If the job is done OK, all is well [see the good reviews] but if something goes wrong they disclaim all responsibility, so you are left high and dry [see the bad reviews]. There is no complaints procedure, the phone system is automated so you can not speak to anyone and they never return calls. So if you fancy a gamble, take your chances. Should be called Fantastic Lottery.

This scam company is based in Varna, Bulgaria, rumours are it’s money laundering company to crime organisation named TIM, don’t be surprised if their phone operators are not understanding you - middle and college school students making little pocket money. 80% of their positive reviews are fake

Monsters! Animals! This is fantastic, avoid them at all costs - working or using them for something! I used to work with them in UK - they can ruin your life, year and a half I was staying on same amount of money per day regardless of increased life costs. They gave me a company car - I was hit once from behind and they expected me to pay for the repair and top of that they wanted to charge me for insurance claim, so simple mathematics- I’m paying the repair and insurance claim and THE COMPANY takes the money from the insurance! This is one of the example how they work, after time when I start negotiating more money per day (5-10 pounds more, what HUGE AMOUNT) they offered to become a “partner” on %. And what is the percentage you wonder? I will tell you - 65%. But for the “company”, for you are the crumbs of 35%. And from this 35% you have to pay almost all work expenses - car fuel, car rent, equipment, detergents and etc., cool isn’t it?

I have scheduled with this company on a deep cleaning for tomorrow, the booking was done nearly three weeks ago, I even at that time made it very clear that if they can't do that I'll search elsewhere, they confirmed and I made all arrangements for tomorrow. They kept sending me reminders of tomorrow that they will come. Today, Sunday, they cancelled for tomorrow and postponed it two weeks from now! I will never deal with them again! Incredibly unreliable company!!

Fantastic Services are not to be trusted! As a member I’d used fantastic services several times. Due to a recent COVID infection, I had to cancel a service for the safety of those doing the job. They charged me £184 and have refused to give any credit or reimbursement. Ridiculously poor customer service. They outsource other companies for the majority of jobs and take your money in process. Go directly to the local company to save yourself time and hassle!

Booked for a deep clean of our new house. As we were not there, the cleaners let themselves in nearly 2 hours late. Then they proceeded to wreak havoc throughout our house. A bifold electric door, broken, the remote left on the floor and wide open for nearly 48 hours until we arrived. Housewarming gifts taken and cans of drank alcohol left in their boxes. A huge scratch on our new kitchen floor. All the lights left on, for nearly 2 days. Needless to say we are devastated and couldn’t have regretted using this company more. Thus far, no reply from customer service. We will also now be paying for our locks to be changed. Appalling.

Not sure where to start, not a lot went right with this booking. Booked in for an end of tenancy clean and was sold on the promise of their 72-hour guarantee. On arrival they were very dismissive and unhelpful. I left them for the requested 3 hours to do the clean. When reviewing the clean it was apparent that there was a long list of things that had not been done. For example, they hadn't dusted a lot of areas, under the bed had been completely missed, the wooden floors seemed to be mopped with cold water, as none of the dirt had lifted and the floor was sticky. The external windows had not been cleaned, which I payed extra for, the cleaners said this isn't something they do. On top of these rectifiable issues, they had spilt bleach on the wooden work top, leaving two large marks. When I flagged all this with the two cleaners they said that they had to leave and I needed to call Fantastic Services. When calling to complain, your only option was to leave a voice mail, with a 'promise' that they will call you back within 30 minutes. I had to leave two voice messages 30 minutes apart from the other to finally receive a call back. They requested photos and said they would look into it. I sent the photos straight away. I was hoping that they would send someone round the next day as part of their 72-hour guarantee but no one got back to us. This all happened a few weeks ago and we are still fighting for a refund for the windows and a solution for the damaged work tops. They rarely reply and when they did they accused us of lying. This has been a very stressful and unpleasant service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Avoid at all costs! I called to make a booking for an inventory check in last week. I specified that the agency and tenant will meet them at the property at the given time with the keys. The inventory clerk was 20-25 mins late with no apology and apparently they have 1 hour window to get there even though I had confirmed with them beforehand that they need to be there on time for the agent to hand over the keys. Since last week, I have been asking the the clerk to call me and have been advised that they will today, but still I have not received any call. The customer service from gofantastic after taking your money is beyond poor. They are unresponsive but are quick to take your money!!

APPALLING EXPERIENCE, WE WERE RIPPED OFF! We paid an upfront membership and arranged a 4 hour cleaning service for a small 2 bedroom house and I have never been so conned. The lady simply did not provide a service, nothing was cleaned. The customer service was also appalling and did provide a sufficient solution or refund. She arrived an hour late, she started to clean upstairs and tidied up my dresser and hoovered the bedroom...after 15 minutes I asked her to start downstairs so I could get showered and then leave the house to let her carry on. When I came home, the only difference was a clean kitchen counter, bed was dressed (not in new sheets) and cushions tidied on our sofa. She did not sweep any of the floors, our tiny bathroom (2x2m) was not cleaned at all, clothes were not tidied, my daughters highchair was not cleaned, the list goes on. She certainly left soon after I left my house. Not only was I appalled at the lack of cleaning, I was also deeply offended that she thought she could get away with that. I genuinely felt conned. When I emailed customer service ( you can't call for complaints interestingly, you leave a voicemail), I received an email to say they would investigate but if I didn't hear from them within 7 days it would be considered closed. After pursuing hard, I was only offered 1 hour refund (£13)...they tried to tell me that cleaners sometimes cannot finish everything in the 4 hours so they have to prioritise....there is no way she spent a full hour cleaning. I clean the house in 3 hours but wanted a cleaner to get a break from it. Honestly I have never been so ripped off. In the end we applied for a chargeback from our bank and they would not return all of our money.

Awful rude staff and cleaners, conned me for more money! Awful rude staff and cleaners. Made me pay extra for cleaning cupboards in a 1 bedroom flat. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY COUNT EACH CUPBOARD AS AN EXTRA ROOM! AND THEY CHARGE ACCORDINGLY LAST MINUTE!

They kept my bank and were debuting at their leisure. Do not trust them with your bank specially after Covid19 they have become desperate and very greedy... Also , despite being told they can not keep our details , notvstore or have permission to store our card they ignored the GDPR... As a result they went on to breach the GDPR code and gave regards did it. They will tell you they have covid measures; shoe cover, masks, gloves , hand wash and use of gel. False The reusable mask is used again and agAIN. They made excuses for not having the rest. This used to be an excellent compagny , disaster now I guess out of despair due to Covid19 they want to get their hands on every penny. AVOID by any means !!! STAY AWAY !!!

I had both my removal and my end of tenancy cleaning with them. None of the services were done right. First, I payed extra for them to bring boxes and help me pack my whole flat. They came with literally 5 small boxes and complained that I wasn't clear about it. I had listed everything that I had for them, still, they thought it was enough. I went out and bought ten big boxes. They were just waiting, while I was paying by the hour. Then they didn't take any care while packing my things. They threw everything (glasses, cutlery, books, bags, etc) all in the same boxes and all mixed. Ruined a few things, took an eternity, and charged extra for taking too long. Then, there was the poor cleaning service. I gave them, as suggested by them, a list of everything that needed to be cleaned. The guy disregarded it, and told me he didn't need it. Not surprisingly, the inventory clerks that came later that week spotted a lot of dirty corners. I got in contact with Fantastic Services and they said that, as a part of their "insurance", they would make sure they would get the place cleaned again. As I don't have the keys anymore because I had given them back to the property manager, I asked them (more than four times) to please get in contact straight with the manager to schedule it, and they NEVER did. I had to pay for the property to be cleaned again. Such a shame. I really wanted to trust them for their services, but it ended up being a huge disappointment.

Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Trying to claim money back through my bank at the present time. Let down numerous times, overpriced and fantastically terrible. Don't believe the glaringly obvious bought 5 star reviews.
