About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Using this company feels like dealing with a large, automated system that lacks flexibility and won't resolve your issue. You're better off working with a smaller company that takes your concerns seriously and has the expertise to solve your problem. *********** Since this review, Fantastic services have contacted me and offered a solution and therefore I have now updated my review to reflect their service.

The deep clean service was not perfect and the cleaners that were sent to do the job were not up to standard. However, Adam in customer services ensured that my concerns were addressed and spent significant time and effort to rectify the issue. He provided a very high standard of customer service, for which I am very grateful.

I'm happy with the resolution from Fantastic after they responded to my review. === Original review === I booked an hourly service (After Builders Cleaning), based on an estimated number of hours. The cleaners did a pretty poor job, but more importantly they only spent 50% of the estimated hours. So I'm owed a 50%-ish refund, but it's impossible to contact a human at Fantastic to get a partial refund. The lack of ability to contact a human is shocking! - Their AI chatbot promises callbacks which never materialise, and refuses to give a phone number or email address. - There's no reply from their phone ticketing system or online complaints page. - Even the customer service twitter account doesn't reply.

*edit* I was contacted by Fantastic Services after the 1st phonecall to clear up the refund situation and thanks kindly to the person I was in contact with, I was refunded in full *edit* Booked for Saturday 13th July. Two man team turned up to take down and remove the overgrown garden waste. Confirmed that there would be more than the single complimentary bag of green waste and I was happy to get a quote for the removal of the rest. The initial job was £259, the removal of the waste they wanted to charge me £660! I said no to the waste and there was no point in ripping up the garden to just leave it in a state so I told them "thanks and have a nice day". I was expecting some kind of cancellation fee or even a 'we turned up but didn't do the work' fee, but I got charged 100% of the booking! £259 for them to turn up, try and charge me £660 and leave doing NOTHING and I still had to pay. NEVER use this service! Ever! You will get screwed over and I need to contact my credit card company now to see if there's any kind of refund they can provide through them as the company was not helpful in any way!

I had an issue with the cleaning service as it was someone who was supposed to be black listed, however the Fantastic team contacted me to find a resolution I was happy with.

Service was for cleaning a king size matress. Staff are polite and punctual. Matress has been hygenically cleaned. The after sales service also called me to check that I was happy with the service and their care was exceptional. Well done Fantastic Services

I paid for a 4 hour after builders clean which is charged by the hour. The cleaners arrived, looked round and then went to change their clothes. They didn't return for half an hour. Then after working for 1.5 hours they said they were going for food and didn't return for 50 minutes but said they would make up the time cleaning which they didn't. They ended up working around 3 hours yet when I contacted the office to complain it took days to reply and they didn't want to know. They track their staff with trackers in the car and as the car was parked outside for 5 hours they believe they were there working all of that time when they were sat in the car for 2 hours. Awful complaint resolution experience with a pathetic £20 offered in credit.

I want to add on to my review below.... I was contacted by a lovely customer service personal who went through all the details of my experience and not only apologised for all the inconvenience but facilitated a refund of membership. I was really glad that a customer 's views were acknowledged diligently by someone from the team . I appreciate this effort. Original experience -Unfortunately my expectations were not met at all. Though during membership I was told every service could be provided in my postcode and within the next day but whenever I went on to book it, it was either not available in my postcode, or it was too late to book( even if more than 48 hrs notice) or you have to pay extra eg for transport of removal van from London to Manchester. The handyman n gardners didn't cover my postcode and end of tenancy cleaning couldnt be booked. So basically after paying the full membership I only got a one of cleaning service. I am always told, we can provide you all other services but unfortunately it's never the one I ask for.

The guys I had were from Bulgaria and were amazing (maybe father and son). I mean they went way beyond my expectations. I was expecting to leave certain bookshelves and a wardrobe behind as I knew they couldn’t fit around the restricted staircase of new place. However, no problem they dissembled the furniture and reassembled at my new location - outstanding! So much more than your average removers. Unbelievably good service!
