About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

I have been going in circles to arrange refunds for my clients for over 1 month now with your supposed customer service/complaints handling team. The wrong client credit/debit cards were charged numerous times and despite me doing all the admin work to figure out exactly what was charged incorrectly and providing a clear resolution with a breakdown of the charges we are still going in circles and have not been refunded. FS have acknowledged that the charges were incorrect, but now say we must wait until they are refunded by the third party contractors to provide us with the refund. Our relationship is with FS - not the contractors - so this is totally unacceptable. This firm have now cost me a client and reputation due to their total incompetence - AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS - they will not refund you for their own mistakes.

Job reference number: 22111607KOKO The so-called handyman was supposed to assemble one small working desk. The agreed price was £78 and one hour of work. However, he did not know how to assemble the desk. The step-by-step manual did not help. It took him 2 and half hours, with my help and finally he did some sort of work. But then the final bill was £183, a complete rip off! There is nothing Fantastic with Fantastic Services, except that they will send you someone who does not know how to do the job and then you must help them and then expect to pay more. He did not use all the parts to assemble the desk, complete chaos! This is absolutely disgraceful. Never again! Avoid this company.

I paid over £300 to have my house cleaned prior to tenants moving. The cleaners broke my freezer drawer and neither fantastic services or the contractor would accept responsibility. SO in addition to the £300 I had to buy a new freezer drawer (which was only 2 month old). In addition they were 3 hours late turning up despite having confirmed the time with them earlier in the week. This had a knock on impact as the inventory was planned the same day so I had to juggle the cleaning and inventory simultaneously. No reason or apology was given. Finally, one of the cleaners had the worst body odour I have ever smelled. I had to open all the windows and air the house afterwards due to the lingering smell in every room in the house.

This was one of the worst services I've ever used. I joined the membership as I needed the removals service as well as the end of tenant clean. The removal service team were very unprepared for the job. They were unhappy to find that I was on the second floor with a whole flat to move and were unfit for it too. I ended up carrying half of it myself in order to keep on track. I even had to get a friend to help them bring down a wardrobe. The team worked hard but I don't think they were properly briefed at all. The end of tenancy clean was a ridiculous situation. The cleaner was 2 hours late and did not notify me. It stated on the app that he was on the job which was a lie. When he turned up he was on his own which was also not what the company had stated. You should at least be two for such a task. I let him in and left him to it when I got a call from my neighbour saying that she had found our front door wide open as well as my flats. She waited for him for ten minutes without success. I had to then return to the flat. I called fantastic services yet again but without success seeing as you can never get through to them. An hour and a half later, they called saying he was locked out as he was moving the car. Again there was no phone call from him or the agency as soon as this happened. It took them that much time to notify me. So I went back again to the flat at 4pm and he agreed that he wanted to get the job done. He ended up staying until 9 pm! The next day I went there with my agency to see if they were satisfied with the clean and unfortunately a lot of places had not been tended to. I notified Fantastic Cleaners immediately which forwarded me to a complaint page where i put photos and details. they took 24h to suggest a new clean. Considering that this is an End of tenancy, they should be aware that time is of the essence. We had to hand our keys out the next day and all they could offer was two days later! We then had to turn to our agency and ask them if it was ok to clean after having already handed our keys two days before. We agree and then it took them again another 24H to respond to that! It was all set for the Friday and then I got a call saying that the team had covid so nothing was available until the Monday! Again I had to plea with my agency. On Monday, they were expected to pick up the keys at 9h30 at my agency. At 11h30 I got a call from them saying that no one turned up. I tried calling Fantastic Cleaners several times but they were unable to deal with the issue. They could only forward on the message to the complaints department. Four hours after they were meant to clean got a call from the complaints department stating that the cleaners went to the ER. This situation happens but the fact that no one notified me until 4 h later is shocking. So then they said they would send yet another cleaner on the Tuesday. This is 8 days after our initial first clean at this point. The cleaner apparently turned up and cleaned for an hour. Considering I had sent them a detailed list of what was to be done along with photographs this again is unacceptable. The agency went to have a look again and some of the work was again not done. This lack of quality and professionalism is shocking. Not only are the cleaners not trained properly but the costumer service is absolutely appalling. I have spend so much time chasing these guys, spending half my time on the phone. I complained to them again and they offered me the general £30 compensation. I would Avoid this company like the plague. It is definitely not wroth your time or money.

Beyond a bad experience! We used their house moving service and the team managed to lose/steal some expensive and sentimental items. When we reported this, Fantastic(!) said they couldn't help as they use third-party movers - despite their website clearly stating it is their team and all the movers themselves wearing Fantastic Services branded clothes and driving Fantastic Service branded vans. They never offered to refund our lost/stolen items, despite advertising their level of insurance cover on their site, and they hid behind aliases on their complaints platform rather than reaching out personally to try and correct what was a traumatic experience (at a time of heightened stress anyway). Given we paid them to move all our belongings, the very least you would expect is for them to get everything from A to B. Not achieving this is awful enough. Not taking responsibility is paramount to theft. Shocking abdication of responsibility. Shocking level of service. Shockingly wilful refusal to do the right thing. Untrustworthy company that does not deserve your custom!

Avoid this company like the plague. Their plumbers have a ‘routine’ they carried out on us... called us on the way said they can’t fix it (by this point already paid £98...) without even seeing the tap?! Then tell us it will be £196 MORE to fix it (tap washer). He turns up for 2 minutes and because we refuse and then leaves. He was also drunk. Can’t get through to anyone at Fantastic Services- had to contact their Founders (happy to provide everyone here their contact emails and will also post these on consumer forums if needed and no refund given) and got a response this morning from Customer Services asking us for £196 to fix the problem! SCAM COMPANY. Currently reporting them to Trading Standards, the Met Police and Action Fraud as I type. I am also performing a chargeback with my card and advise everyone to do the same. Good luck to all others who have been scammed. New customers RUN FROM THIS COMPANY LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

Booked locksmith for repair of mailbox. The guy came and repaired it but did not fix a flap inside properly, needed to be fixed permanently. Therefore 2 weeks later, the flap came down again and I was unable to open mailbox again. Phoned them and they wanted to charge me for this again as a new job. Really poor customer service, will never use their service again.

1) promised 4 staff for 4 hours - got 2 staff for just under 3 hours with a very long tea break! 2) late by half an hour. 3) dusting skills are poor 4) no form to fill on once the work is complete 5) asked for more money to complete the work they didn't do the first time. 6) they completed work I specifically requested them not to do, and did not do the work I specifically asked them to do. 7) broke the blinds 8) turned up late the second time too (15 minutes, considering they knew where I needed them to be by then!!!) 9) the three men for 1 hour promised the second time was the two same fellas from the first time for 'just over an hour' (I was on a tight deadline so couldn't wait around for too long) 10) asked them to brush down the walls - I did that once they had gone. 11) they promised to clean the skirting boards - I did that once they had gone. 12) they used a dirty mop to 'clean' laminate flooring - it looked much worse following their 'clean up' 13) biggest waste of £295 I've ever spent!!! I could have done much better... and much quicker.

Service from HELL. You need prayers from everyone if you use their service. I have never encounter such bad malicious service EVER in my entire life. I would rather clean the house myself 100 times than to deal with their service. Firstly they are late for 45 minutes. During that time I tried calling customer service and online chat. NO ONE, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE answered. You will just get redirected to voicemail with all the options and GOODBYE. When they finally arrive, the first thing they do is to try to scam more money. They say my house has a lot of glass and so they cannot clean it properly, UNLESS I pay more. ( which I am already paying 250 pounds for a one bedroom). When I refuse and say it is ok,(which is not) he just stared at me with hatred and LEFT MY HOUSE! I am lucky I still have 30 days on my tenancy and I am just leaving early. Or else, I would have lost all my money on the property rental deposit. AND they knew that. Completely rude and condescending team, smoking right outside my house. Truly Truly SERVICE FROM HELL

Not so fantastic... I made a booking for a removals service followed by a end of tenancy cleaning the next day as I was moving house. 30 minutes before the moving van was supposed to arrive, they cancelled on me via text message. The following day, 1 minute before the cleaners were supposed to show up, they cancelled on me. On the first day, there was zero customer service - phones only went to voicemail so I was not able to speak to anyone or get any help. On the second day, one of their customer service reps at least called me to cancel - after not accepting the cancellation he was at least able to find someone 2 hours later. I complained to Fantastic Services and they initially offered me a £20 voucher off a future service, as if I would use them after letting me down on one of the most stressful days. They refunded me for the removals service but I ended up paying double to find someone last minute. I asked for a 50% refund off of the cleaning service to make up for the overall horrible experience. I asked for a 50% refund on the cleaning service as compensation for them cancelling my removals service and trying to cancel the cleaning. After multiple emails back and forth, I got them down to offering £50 off the cleaning. I emailed one last time to ask about the additional £30 (to equate to 50% of the cleaning) but no response. Not so fantastic. I'm sure this was an isolated incident but absolutely horrible customer service. I am filing a complaint with the Trading Standards Authority as they should not subcontract work and not fulfil as advertised.

Awful Scamers. They never informed of the terms and conditions or any cancellation fee. They never send a confirmation email. The cancellation fee they want to charge is the same as the fee they want. When you want yo cancel, you receive emails but not to confirm the booking 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Dire service. Paid £135 for a membership and first booking. Handyman did not turn up. Spoke to 4 advisors to organise rebooking all promised to do so and call me back. One advised they system showed I had not paid anything.

Apocalyptic services - where your worst nightmare comes true An absolute nightmare. DO NOT USE. Completely incompetent person who has no clue what duties landlord and what duties tenants have. Wrote: tenant is responsible for large cracks in wall and for a faulty fuse board, described brand new curtains as „stained“, found burned marks in a sofa despite in the flat is no sofa, could not detect mould and leaking water tap....BEWARE OF THIS APOCALYPTIC COMPANY

Terrible London end of tenancy cleaning. Had to get another London cleaning service as it took Fantastic Services so long to get back to me and offer to come back and by that stage the flat was already returned to the owners and recouped by someone else.

Avoid like the plague. Waiting for a call back. A cleaner was booked for 5.5 hours, and I have no idea what she was doing for those 5.5 hours, as nothing was cleaned. No products used. We came back to the house as we left it.

Disgraceful - I could up load photo's as evidence, my tenants paid for an end of tenancy clean.... Never again, will I recommend Fantastic they even tried to leave with my personal cloning products my bag! Cleaners are making about £1,000 a day or more! £144 for an hour work for 2 people that do a rubbish job!

It's impossible to get hold of anyone to chat to. I have encountered a series of unsatisfactory "fantastic services", repeated cancellations, moving of FUNDS without authorization from my account. No apologies or explanation. A grotesque set up that I have reported to my bank and trading standards.

I contacted fantastic services after they were recommended to me. I received a quote which I was happy with and accepted to then be told it was sent in error and a new one sent that was a lot higher They were not willing to discuss the week
