About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Atrocious cleaning and service. Two dirty, angry, smelly cleaners actually not only were incapable of cleaning but ALSO broke a bathroom fitting. Furthermore left with an hour to go and just used their mobile all the time. Not adhering to UK guidlines either and no masks etc. Should be shut down. The positive reviews are 100 per cent fake. AVOID like Covid-19.

Avoid this company at all cost. I booked a service to get my roller blind fitted (just the kitchen window), the service booking was done over the phone with payment taken upfront. The handyman arrived and immediately said the job would be more than 1hr, that he was not told the roller blind would be cut to size. Without negotiating or calling his company to discuss, he picked his tool box (that was never opened) and walked out. I called the usual landline (02034040403) back to lodge a complaint and clicked option 3, but it directed me to their voice machine. I was desperate to speak to someone and I decided to click all the options on the key pad, all was on voicemail. I clicked option 1 pretending to book a new service, it was on voicemail. So I decided to use my partner's number and that went through. I was told my money would be refunded 5-10 working days. I am still waiting for my money. By the way, one of their team contacted me via Whatsapp while I was trying to call them with my mobile. I requested I do not want a Whatsapp chat , that I needed to speak to someone; Below is my chat with the individual: Fantastic Service: This is your Fantastic Services Customer Support! We wanted to let you know that your request is received and logged in our system. Would it be convenient for you to discuss your enquiry here on WhatsApp? We would be happy to assist you further. Me: I prefer a call please. Thanks FS: Hello there, my name is *** and I would be happy to assist you further. Me:Kindly have someone in your team call me please FS: May I ask what is in regard to ? Me:The job I booked has not been done So it would be ideal to talk about it with someone rather than chat. This is the second time we would receive an awful service from Fantastic Services and it is unacceptable. I did not use WhatsApp chat while booking your services, so I'm not sure why WhatsApp is now being used for something this urgent. FS: May I ask why the service was not carried out ? As far as I can see the technician arrived at the property, is that not the case ? Me: He's gone. He said he was not told he needed to cut the blind before fitting it. FS: I understand. Me: Can I please get my money back? FS: If you wish we can reschedule the service for another day ? Would that be an option ? Me: No sorry, I think I have enough trouble from your company. Like I said, this is the second time I would receive a bad customer service from your company. All I want is my money back and I will try not to use your service ever again or recommend it to anyone. In summary, I am still waiting for my money.

Their services are consistently poor. In the past I used their cleaning services, but stopped that for good after constant changes of cleaners or poor cleaning standards. Recently had no choice but to use them due to mice spotting, as Fantastic Services offered the first slot for pest control among the companies I contacted. Again, it was a nightmare. I was promised by the sales person that the first visit would be to identify and fill all gaps and put poisons, but leave only one gap for any mice to get out after being poisoned and the 2nd visit was to remove the poison and fill the one remaining gap. When the pest control technician attended the site, I mentioned what the sales person told me, but the technician said it was not true, as all holes need to be filled instead of leaving any gaps. there would be no mice after that visit as all gaps would have been identified and filled. But mice droppings were seen 2 days after his visit. There were still gaps either not identified or partly filled only. When I contacted customer services, they were not responsive at all. One of the people who answered my call refused to either put me through to his customer service colleague or give me his name, his attitude was appalling. For anyone who ever tried to get pest control services, try to find a company with good reviews, instead of a company providing cowboy services

Be really careful. Bad customer experience. You pay for the quote, that you get with missing information, and when you ask for some small changes to it, they never happened, despite us calling them several times. I have asked to have my quote reimbursed as it is not valid and now it is silence, no response. Be careful!

Booked a handyman who did not do the job at the booked slot and the company totally turned a blind eye and said WE DO NOT HAVE ANY POLICY FOR DEALING WITH SLOTS THAT WE O NOT DO. The most rubbish people have gathered here. I am not sure how much of their apparent reviews are correct.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I strongly recommend not to use Fantastic Services for any moving services. Cash and valuable items were stolen when we used them in London recently. They are taking no responsibility. Impossible to get anyone over the phone.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Had the job done in London in Spring moving from Canary Wharf to Chiswick. 1. Bail and switch cost- paid triple the price quoted. 2. Did not clean the flat properly and the agency asked us to pay a fine for the moving out cleaning 3. Damaged belongings including expensive designer items and furniture. 4. Unprofessional team- arrived with no masks and gloves during the lockdown time And the worst is that when showed the pictures attached to the team, they offered me 40£ back. That’s a joke.

These are very unprofessional and dangerous people: 1. The only work for 2 hours when I paid for 4 hours; 2. They said they will refund for the time they have not worked but never did; 3. When I called them to complain they hung me up; 4. They processed extract charges without my authorization and for work they did not done; 5. they threw away all the green waste in the driveway blocking my neighbors and did not take any waste with them; 6. They arrived 1 hour and 45 min late and never informed of the delay; 7. Overall they did a very bad job without care for me or my neighbors; Please do not use them at any cost! Expensive and untrusted and dangerous people.

I had used Fantastic Services a few years ago for an end of tenancy cleaning and found them great so on moving out of my current property I didn't hesitate to use their service again. The 4 cleaners arrived and got to work. I said I'd stay out of the way so I was outside my property while they cleaned. There were a couple of bags and some blankets left to remove as well as a Bluetooth speaker I had been using to play music from while I packed. When they arrived, I was sorting out their pay and display parking so totally forgot to remove the speaker from the kitchen countertop but asked them to let me know when I needed to move things and I would happily oblige. They told me they would move things and not to worry. After they finished I chatted to one of the cleaners who asked me how much my rent was, which I thought was a bit inappropriate but happily told her. After they left i noticed toilet roll was gone as well as a brand new bottle of washing up liquid. I was planning to leave those for the next tenants but didn't think too much of it - no big deal. I knew as cleaners they wouldn't dispose of a full bottle of cleaning liquid but didn't mind them taking it. However, I noticed that the Bluetooth speaker was now missing too. I looked everywhere for it. Nowhere to be found. I called the office number and when I said my speaker had disappeared the man on the phone said 'but you weren't supposed to have things in the property' as if it was my fault and anything left is available for stealing. I tried to resolve the matter in as kind and understanding way as I could, but it's now a week later and I've had repeated refusals to speak to anyone in charge. I've seen from some other reviews here the same copy and pasted reply when things are stolen, go to the authorities who will 'prove' whether something was taken. How will they prove that? Most people don't have CCTV in their homes. Fantastic Services need to take responsibility for theft, not repeatedly deny it, refuse to let their customers speak to management and refuse to reimburse their customers for their stolen goods. Do not use this service unless you are happy for your belongings to be taken without any further action from this company. A truly deplorable way to treat customers.

My family used this company to clear out a room. We were stuck in Kenya due to the covid-19 pandemic and hence could not carry this out ourselves. We hired the company to pack up the items and transport them to a safe location. Before making the booking the company promised that the items would not be lost, would be packed in an organized manner and handled with care and incase of anything the items would be insured. Only for us to find out that all the valuable items were missing, several items were damaged, items were treated like rubbish when being packed and several items were not even packed and left at the property.

I had my removal cancelled last minute by fantastic services as the storage centre was not open in the evening. Customer services called me to tell me there were no available slots until the following week for removal. I had to be out my flat the next morning which meant I had to pay for an emergency service to arrive at my flat at 5am the next day. This was a massive inconvenience and caused me a great deal of stress. Further, the customer service call center were beyond terrible, continually promising me they would phone me back with a solution but then did not call. At one point one of the call center operators hung up on me when I called them to ask for an update. Getting a refund has also been a tortuous experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

So disappointed that I don’t even know where to begin with, with my complains about how the whole process was carried out, organized and coordinated. From what I saw and from my friend’s experience, who was present during the move, was not what we would expect to witness from a professional moving company that has been doing this for several years. My belongings were mismanaged and compromised as they were left behind and handled extremely poorly. There was no organization or coordination in the way the room was cleared, everything was being thrown on the floor and treated like it was rubbish. The items on the floor were then simply just dumped and thrown into different boxes in such an unorganized manner and in the processes so many of my items were getting damaged and spoilt as nothing was being handle with care. Being such a big company I would expect that the staff are well trained to do such things in a correct systematic manner as they usually carry out such tasks on a regular basis. The movers didn’t even show some sort of simple organization or systematic coordination in the way the items were handled,packed and catered for. ADDITIONALLY, during the move a lot of my items were STOLEN by the movers. These items were jewelry, perfumes and handbags. The moving services offered by this company are very unprofessional and EXTREMELY unsafe and unreliable!

They are a SCAM! Their movers lost over £100 worth of items in the move and smashed broken lots of our glasses - looks like they have call centre people all the time as everyone says “we do not offer refunds”. They said they cannot ask the movers where our things were and they said they will not offer a refund. APPALLING - no one helps and honestly they are stealing money. They are a middle man - they are a big scam and we will be reporting them to companies house, to trading standards and also our lawyer will be sending them a letter as they keep wasting time (they said send receipts of the items and we will refund, then when we sent them, they said the company said they delivered it, we won’t refund you should call the police?! )

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE I was informed by the company that a minimum of 15 boxes ordered to be delivered but any remaining boxes not packed would not be charged, saying that a refund would then be proceeded automatically. I was also informed that a late packing fee would be charged. I made my instructions clear to the company and all was agreed. On the scheduled day of packing, the packer arrived 2 hours earlier, the company was not in contact with the packer, the packer declined my calls and proceeded to pack trash (actual trash and bin bags) into the 15 boxes. Fantastic Services have records of all phone calls with me but now refuse to refund the charge which came up more than 200 pounds. RIDICULOUS! SCAM!

Avoid avoid avoid! Appalling punctuality. Cleaners late 80% of the time, and 20% of the time simply don't turn up. The cleaner is a different person, and they NEVER introduce themselves at the door, or identify themselves as being from Fantastic Services, meaning that you have to ask for their name and check that it actually is the cleaner. It's usually 50/50 whether the cleaner will speak English, which ordinarily wouldn't matter, but as a different person comes every time, it means that you have to start from scratch trying to mime-explain where things are and what you want done. Bare minimum cleaning style from all but 1 cleaner we have met in 2 years service, meaning that we had to create a list which told them to do things like clean the glass on bathroom mirrors, or wipe down the inside of the microwave, which are generally considered obvious tasks but apparently needed to be spelled out. The list then had to be translated into Bulgarian. 3 different cleaners talked on the phone throughout the appointment. I found one of these sitting chilling on the toilet lid having a phone conversation and not even pretending to be busy. Multiple cleaners have turned up late and left early. Don't be fooled into signing up for the Club; It means you'll be stuck with their services for a year. They send numerous emails and text messages despite not being opted into any contact options. All in all, frankly terrible. But then, as one of the cheaper options on the market, probably no more than we deserve.
