About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Please save yourself the hassle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never write reviews but the manner in which this company has conducted themselves is abominable. They were hours late to our gardening appointment leading to a cancellation. When I requested a full refund, I was told to wait an ample amount of days. I still have not received the refund and I’m being told that as it’s past 14 days I’m not entitled to one DESPITE asking for one the day of the appointment. I called to speak to an advisor and was not put through under the premise ‘someone would get back to me’. I waited 72 hours before I even got a response (via email despite repeatedly requesting for a member of the team to CALL me back and calling everyday to speak to someone). I am utterly shocked at the lengths I have to go to, just to simply get a refund for services that I NEVER used. Bearing in mind these unprecedented times, they should be absolutely ashamed. Don’t bother or believe the reviews. Use a more professional and reputable company.

I booked a jet wash and gardening service and half of my tiles were not cleaned and had black spots remaining. The same black spots that fantastic removed in an identical service last time were now supposedly 'uncleanable' I was told that apparently the black spots on some tiles couldn’t be removed yet others were perfectly fine- an excuse i saw through within 10 seconds. It was a very substandard job, half of my tiles are still dirty and I’m £200 poorer for it. They didn’t wear PPE masks at all, not whilst in my house, which is against current public health guidance for non-essential businesses re-opening. When I called to discuss resolution, I was told they wouldn’t consider it. Lovely way to treat a key worker such as myself and my wife who works for the NHS- NOT. I’ve even been a part of their fantastic club in the past and am shocked at this lack of adherence to public health guidelines, and the poor work done too. Stay clear, stay safe. Update 8/6: a service that wasn’t completed and was done unsafely without PPE for nearly £220. They offered a £50 refund today. What a disgusting exploitative company. You can now explain yourselves to trading standards- who will be sent our entire communications. I have nothing to hide. Unlike fantastic. Update 9/6: I was told this by fantastic today via email; “We have no option but to believe our team when they state that they would never risk their own lives as well as the well being of our valued clients.” Even though myself and my wife physically saw two men in our house with no protection. Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers and barefaced lying. What an disgraceful and dishonest company.

We had an end of tenancy clean carried out by fantastic services. Before the date of the clean, I received a message to say they were charging us an extra 11.50 for the congestion zone charge. We lived in N1 which is not part of the congestion and I contacted them to advise this. I was told that we would not be charged. On completing the clean, we received an invoice that included a 11.50 charge for congestion. The oven had also been cleaned and a residue left on the top coil, when the inventory clerk turned the oven on, this smoked profusely. I contacted fantastic services immediately and asked could they return to clean the oven adequately. I was told that they do not clean this part of the oven and that there was nothing they could do. I then emailed them another 4 times over 10 days and was ignored. Nearly 3 weeks later I was told that they would refund the congestion fee and that they could go back to clean the oven and they admitted the operative must have accidentally sprayed cleaner on the coil. They are supposed to guarantee the clean for 72 hours after and this is why we chose the company. To then advise 3 weeks later they could return is awful service. Would definitely not recommend

Avoid,Avoid,Avoid, Avoid,Avoid,Avoid, This company will deliver a sub standard performance and charge you money , then try and invoice you for a service you never received. I recently employed fantastic to remove a small garden shed and it’s contents I was charged a hefty price of £300 for a full van and dismantlement of the shed. On the day two deviants showed up no ID , uniform just a van , first they tried to decline the job due to access , however this was rectified and job proceeded as planned , much to my dismay the van that was advertised flat bed lorry did not show and instead a transit attended - to my dismay the van filled within 30 minutes with half the shed still erect I was devastated and try to reason with the individuals in regards to what would happen , both just shrugged shoulders and left ! Then just to add insult to injury I was invoiced two days later to stating I now owed money on a service I cancelled as I had given the 48 hours notice as termed on their site I challenged this only to be told that I had cancelled at a supposed 4pm deeming 48 hours invalid! A disgraceful sham of a company ! Never ever again!! Use someone else save your money

Booked After-Builders cleaning, in an empty 2-bed flat, specifically discussing hard-to-reach dust, and all windows (frames not glass) while booking. When they left there was dust in most "hard to see" areas (ie they only cleaned where I could see it). Pass a finger at the top of a door, cabinet, any light fittings, radiators etc - and it's still filthy. Even kitchen cabinets. But most notably the windows were FILTHY, literally untouched. Response and customer service afterwards was just as bad, if not worse! Once they took the money they were very hard to get hold of and avoidant. I uploaded 50 (!) pics and videos of the terrible results and all they offered (after a week's chase!) was for me to PAY for another visit!! They claimed the cleaners didn't have enough time to complete the job as booked - even though they left EARLIER than the time allotted, and when I booked I was told they'd stay as long as it takes (I was happy to pay more if they do! Which is why the charge the next day!) When I said I'm not happy with their reply they promised to get back to me with an alternative solution - and then disappeared and stopped replying. (If you call to make a new booking, and anytime till you pay - they respond straight away. Classic.) When I posted a bad online review - they got back to me within 30 mins (after posting a template “apology” online, as they will do here, to pretend to handle the case. Well they didn’t, and again sold me the same lie about the time constraint. Shameful cleaning. Shameful customer service. Disrespectful handling. AVOID!

Badly damaged property due to despicable service. HIRE ANYBODY BUT NOT THIS COMPANY! My poor service experience quickly became a nightmare. End of tenancy cleaning carried out at my property twice. It's one thing to waste time and money on poor cleaning, but it's a totally different matter when the property is damaged. The first time, the service was really poor. The team left the flat dirty, dusty and definitely not worth the £260 my tenant paid for it. Following my feedback (and a negative public review), their customer service team convinced me to accept another cleaning. Although I had already arranged for another company to do the job, I did not want to take the money from my tenant's deposit, so I accepted their insistent offer. Well, I should not have done that! The second team, which came as a branded team cleaned the flat, but they badly damaged the engineered wooden floor in our open plan kitchen. Whatever chemical they used to scrub the oven was spilled on the floor and the rag they used to attempt cleaning their mess was left unattended right in the middle of the room, leaving another large dark stain on the floor. This was clearly an unfortunate accident, that on its own is stressful to address. But to make matters worse, the cleaners have denied causing any damage despite pictures and video of before/after. Now, I am not only left with a damaged floor and a potential delay in getting a new tenant in – causing loss of rent, but I am also wasting time and energy with a customer service team that is not empowered to be of any help. No protocol, no insurance, no urgency. Absolutely zero accountability! An absolute nightmare!

Fantastic services and Domex Ltd are simply scam company who are buying posited reviews, please have a look at bed reviews and you will understand that I don't write bed review for no reason. YOU sold me a QUOTE AND HAVEN'T repaired MY dishwasher and you sold me a quite for higher price then the cost of a new appliances Finally my dishwasher was repaired by self-employed engineer, who understood how to repair the appliance without changing the parts. Thefore your services together Domex Ltd are scammers and you are totally not compitent and not trustworthy company who does business not in a good faith.

Buyer beware! I wanted an end-of-tenancy clean and decided the membership sounded like a great option for me and my tenants. Unfortunately, the website prices INCREASED after I paid the £79 to join their Fantastic Club Membership - this despite the confirmation email stating, "With Fantastic Club you can save £400 a year thanks to the preferential domestic cleaning rates." Best to avoid -- or spend your valuable time calling them to make sure you get the right price! Avoid.

Before you decide to use the company, read their negative reviews. Positive probably were bought. Their engineers have very poor English so don’t be surprised if you will have to buy a new appliance after their visit and pay £85.00 for a 5-minute visit on top of that. They will mislead you into thinking that £85.00 will be included in the price of repair and in my case they did not mention that the fee is non-refundable, they have informed me about that after I asked for a refund. If you ask for a refund you will have to deal with 3rd party company such as "DOMEX LIMITED" that actually to your surprise does not charge a fee for the visit, and are misleading people and refuse to refund the money they charged you for service they did not provide. Fantastic services will simply redirect you to that company rather than dealing with the problem themselves.

Would not trust this company at all, as they are first of all are scammers and they do business, not in a good faith, secondly, when they send their engineers to a people house during COVID-19 they are not wearing any masks, no gloves. Please, people, be careful. The reviews are totally not trustworthy.

You may think this company is good until something goes wrong then they treat you very badly and respond very poorly, getting in touch then becomes a nightmare and getting money back impossible. I would give this 0 stars if there was an option, My sons student flat in London was to be packed up, some listed items taken to waste then the flat cleaned, unfortunately like so many others he had to get home to the North of Ireland in a hurry before lockdown and left with a cabin case and we can not return now to clear it out. The packed boxes were to be left onsite were I had arranged a delivery service to pick them up the next day, All the instructions were given in writing and were clear and concise I was told this was no problem to them and they thanked me for placing my trust in them. When the clean was done I sent a message asking how many boxes there were for collection, I heard nothing back, I contacted the Student housing who told me all the boxes had been removed. I asked fantastic services multiple times where they had gone, a few days later I got a response telling me they were in the student property with a picture of all the boxes sitting in the hallway obviously taken during the packing process. I checked this out the student accommodation then sent me CCTV footage of the boxes clearly getting packed on a van by either the packers, waste disposal or cleaners sent from Fantastic services, I sent this to them but can't get any reply. The phone lines are automated and you leave a message for an agent to contact you but I don't get a call back, I can only assume my sons boxes have been disposed of by accident or worse stolen and I am being avoided at all costs as they know they are liable for replacement of my sons belongings but I think 12 days is plenty of time to contact these providers and find out where his boxes went. Even if they were disposed of by accident if the providers had of went back in the next day or so i'm sure they still could have been rescued but no effort has been made even for recovery, no explanations nothing. Please be careful any students out there looking their flats packed up, it cost me £388 to loose all my sons belongings and most importantly all his books and written work from class to complete his MA. I will keep fighting to find out where his boxes went and keep you updated. Re the below message from Fantastic services I've been told this for over a week now which is too long to find out where all your belongings have gone and far too long for someone doing their MA with deadlines to go without their books. They just gor back to me now there was an imaginary person on site giving orders of what to take but they still won't tell me if they took the boxes what an absolute shambles. And any lie will do to try and cover themselves, first they left the boxes now an imaginary person giving out orders shame on you Fantastic Services. 2 weeks now = they took all my sons belongings to waste disposal, didn't follow any instructions given by myself, lied that they where left onsite, when CCTV saw them clearly pack boxes they lied and said the office staff told them to take them, when CCTV showed this wasn't possible they have stopped communication and won't send me a receipt from waste disposal for the boxes being left there, Update = Over 3 weeks later and still messing about, in these awful times my son is left with hardly any clothes and no books to complete his MA and it would only take the £3,000 to replace my sons belongings and that's us being good and not counting damages or distress over his lost time on studies or the loss of irreplaceable memories. Looks like it;s got to be court. Please avoid this company because you take the chance if and when things go wrong while using them you will get treated like this. Update- unbelievably this company has just offered a refund for their services not for all my sons belongings that they took to god knows where as we can’t get a receipt for the waste plant they used. Needless to say this is going to a solicitor, please please I beg everyone not to use this service. I’ll be reviewing them everywhere I can to help protect people. udate -8th May its official we have to go to court so my son will have clothes to wear after lockdown, so awful a company would leave someone like this., destroy his belongings and try to lie their way out of it. His MA is ruined his worldly good gone please avoid these people at all cost.

My experience with this company has crossed all boundaries of rude and unprofessional behaviour from their side. After the horrible service, they overcharged me an unauthorised amount even after complaining. I have tried to get in contact with them EVERYDAY since and I receive the exact same message everyday about the fact that they'll call me soon and it has been more than 3 weeks. Their customer service was running after me when i was yet to book a service and now I'm lucky even if i get a response in a whole day. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourselves the misery guys.

If I could give this company minus stars I would! I paid for a clean. It was awful and really below standards. I paid for 3hrs and the cleaner was there for only 2hrs 20mins. In addition he stole our family piggy bank! Please do not use this company!!!
