About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

Not Trustworthy! The cleaner broke our glass coffee table, denied it, and inferred that my partner and I are lying about the whole thing, as stated in the below response from their customer care (as I received it): "Please be advised that on the day of your service the cleaner gave us a call right when she saw the broken table. She called the office to let them know before she started to clean this area. Please bear in mind that in situations like that, the cleaner is allowed not to clean the area of concern as it is not safety for herself.She as a good professionalist did clean it despite the fact that she could get hurt. We spoke with her and she told us that she did not broke the table. Please be advised that all of our cleaners are insured and have PI(personal insurance). Please bear in mind that there is no reason for the cleaner to lie because even if something goes wrong they are insured and the insurance company will cover the damages made. Given the circumstances the cleaner denies to take any responsibility. We as a company cannot take any side but due to all the facts stated earlier we can not take any further actions. Kind Regards, Siana Fantastic Services" The job was rather well done, but I need to trust my cleaning service. First time; one item broken! What am I supposed to do?

That cleaned my oven and now I can’t use it as it drops toxic dust onto any food when the elements are heated! This dust made us very ill initially and 6 months down the line after 20 emails. They have washed their hands of us saying there is nothing they can do ! 😤

Their cleaner stole my expensive jewellery which was a present from my late husband. AVOID this company at any cost

Junk mail extreme. Don't give your email to these people, they will spam you with junk advertising. We have never had a company that has abused our email so much.

Terrible pricing. Too expensive and deceptive pricing. Their quotes kept going up everytime I asked them to do less!...One job was priced for two painters & decorators for 3 days and they wanted to charge me £2554 for the labour! When a simple check online shows that the average hourly pay for a handyman is around £12 an hour, this gives you a good idea of just how ridiculously poor value for money Fantastic services are: they wanted to charge £61 per hour. Beware.

Booked a job for someone to fix a couple of cracks in my walls, which needed two visits. Had the contractor arrive in good time for the first visit, and he filled in the cracks. I showed him a couple of other cracks that i wanted to get a quote on. Before leaving, we discussed the colour of paint he would need for his next visit, which was booked for a couple of days later. A day before, received a text stating that he had called in sick and i needed to reschedule. I lost half a day at work because of this. He showed up on the rescheduled date, and then asked me if i had the paint!! We had previously discussed the paint he would need so why would i have the paint?? Why would he show up without paint?? He's the handyman!! He then went to the shop to pick some up, and i was charged a shopping fee!! RIDICULOUS!! I called the company to discuss this and was told i would get a call back, and of course, no one did. I also never received a quote for the other cracks! I will now use another company to finish the rest of the work. Use at your own risk!!
