About Fantastic Services:

Fantastic Services Family started its journey back in 2009. It all began with a meeting of two like-minded individuals, company founders Rune Sovndahl and Anton Skarlatov. Rune needed a cleaner and Anton ran a cleaning business. Very quickly they both realised they shared a vision and could deliver cleaning services in a much better way, by working together.

With two laptops, a sofa to sit on and a shared mobile phone, a small operation was born. The aim was to build something simple but deliver the best service possible for both clients and cleaning crews. We call that philosophy 360-degree happiness.

From these humble beginnings, we've now grown into a multi-operational business offering a wide range of services to homeowners and commercial customers alike. We've continued to add more domestic services to enhance our portfolio and due to increased demand, these additional services have grown into their own separate brands.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE I was informed by the company that a minimum of 15 boxes ordered to be delivered but any remaining boxes not packed would not be charged, saying that a refund would then be proceeded automatically. I was also informed that a late packing fee would be charged. I made my instructions clear to the company and all was agreed. On the scheduled day of packing, the packer arrived 2 hours earlier, the company was not in contact with the packer, the packer declined my calls and proceeded to pack trash (actual trash and bin bags) into the 15 boxes. Fantastic Services have records of all phone calls with me but now refuse to refund the charge which came up more than 200 pounds. RIDICULOUS! SCAM!

Avoid avoid avoid! Appalling punctuality. Cleaners late 80% of the time, and 20% of the time simply don't turn up. The cleaner is a different person, and they NEVER introduce themselves at the door, or identify themselves as being from Fantastic Services, meaning that you have to ask for their name and check that it actually is the cleaner. It's usually 50/50 whether the cleaner will speak English, which ordinarily wouldn't matter, but as a different person comes every time, it means that you have to start from scratch trying to mime-explain where things are and what you want done. Bare minimum cleaning style from all but 1 cleaner we have met in 2 years service, meaning that we had to create a list which told them to do things like clean the glass on bathroom mirrors, or wipe down the inside of the microwave, which are generally considered obvious tasks but apparently needed to be spelled out. The list then had to be translated into Bulgarian. 3 different cleaners talked on the phone throughout the appointment. I found one of these sitting chilling on the toilet lid having a phone conversation and not even pretending to be busy. Multiple cleaners have turned up late and left early. Don't be fooled into signing up for the Club; It means you'll be stuck with their services for a year. They send numerous emails and text messages despite not being opted into any contact options. All in all, frankly terrible. But then, as one of the cheaper options on the market, probably no more than we deserve.

My worst ever experience for cleaning service. I booked their kitchen appliances cleaning services last week, including oven, extractor and hob. Based on their website, it's a DEEP cleaning service and costs 96 pounds. In the end, here is what happened 1. the cleaner arrived 40 minutes late 2. the cleaner didn't bother to open up the extractor to do a DEEP clean, he wiped some surface of the extractor and claimed the job done. I guess everyone having experience of how extractor works is that the fan cover inside will accumulate a lot of grease, fat, etc. and he didn't even bother to open it up and clean it. Same thing similar but worse happens to oven. 3. the entire job took roughly 30 minutes, 96 pounds for 30 minutes work with this quality? deep clean?? 4. I asked the cleaner to clean the extractor better after I found he didn't bother to do a deep clean, and he became very defensive and after trying 5 minutes, he gave up and asked me to talk to the company!! 5. I did call the company and and company asked me to send pictures as proof, so I took a lot of pictures of the state of the extractor and oven, how it's so dirty after the DEEP clean with pictures of my hands covered by all the grease and dirt. 6. they told me ETA is 24 hours, maybe faster, so I waited and waited and they haven't responded and I don't want to wait and post this to alert anyone who wants to use their service. BTW, I didn't mention anything about the hob not because they did a good job there, just because it's in a very good state.... Overall, the cleaner's altitude, the work quality, how they handle complaints. I am very very disappointed and angry about it. Of course, I am not saying you may get something like what I got. But this is the worst ever experience I have. I hired numerous people for various types of work, home renovation, cleaning, laundry, etc. And this is the first 1 star I ever gave. For the company, if you bother caring about my incidence, please respond to me. If you don't want to bother, just tell me please. PS. I have all the proof to support all arguments I made above, including pictures, correspondence, recorded phone calls, etc.

Cleaners stole jewellery - be careful! This was the first time when I used the professional help in cleaning of my flat. Usually I do it by myself, but because of health conditions I decided to try fantastic services - one off cleaning. It cost 138 pounds for cleaning of 2 bedroom flat (Booking Ref. number #200819833SYS). I thought I would pay higher price to get a good experience. Since the flat was not dirty at all, I asked them only to wipe off the dust, do vacuuming and do NOT clean inside any boxes, shelfs etc (clean only surfaces). Before that I moved my personal stuff inside bedside cabinet, so that it is easier for them to just wipe dust from surfaces in bedroom. Two of cleaners came this morning with 20 minutes late. I was staying at home and was sitting in another bedroom to not disturb them. They finished their work in 3 hours. BUT, in 20 minutes after they left my home, I decided to put my pandora golden bracelet on me, but I was literally shocked when I open the box and no bracelet is there. (I put bracelet into pandora box in bedside cabinet this morning just before they come). I was very disappointed as it was a gift from my husband and this bracelet contains charms from all three our anniversaries and from different countries we visited. I do not know if something else was stolen as it is difficult to check everything, but this news made me feel very bad, and ruined all experience with fantastic service in future. This review i wrote for those who is looking for a help to clean property. I would suggest to use another service, store jewellery/money in secure place, have cctv and/or insure your house. Even staying at home does not prevent unpleasant things from happening. Thanks for reading

If you call this company for a price to clean your property they totally over estimate the number of hours and the number of people they send. This meant I paid almost £50 an hour for a cleaner totally disgusting and immoral company. don't touch them

I called fantastic services to do an end of tenancy clean. They quoted me three people between 8 am to 5pm at a price of £570. I agreed to that except only two people turned up and they started at 8.30am and left at 2.30pm which means each one of those cleaners were being paid £47.50 each an hour!!!!! What a joke also they didn't even do a good job. Dreadful company you don't get what they say they are going to provide. They basically just lie and steal from you. No wonder they insist on you paying all the money up front. I shall never ever use them again. There are loads of cleaning companies out there I suggest if you don't want to be robbed use another company,

SCAM I can only assume reviews on Trustpilot have been bought, I won't be relying on their reviews either in the future. Please avoid at all costs. I paid £100 for a moving in clean from my savings as I didn’t have time to clean myself. The flat was empty, a small studio flat and was superficially clean so I wanted to cleaners to concentrate on the fridge, oven bathroom etc and clean parts that usually wouldn’t be done in typical clean such as skirting boards etc. And some mould removal , which has just been wiped Off by the blinds, not treated in any way. I think the bare minimum was completed such as a hoover and wipe down. firstly the fridge had been wiped, the rubber seal, not touched, the shelves hasn’t been removed so were still dirty upon removing the plastic protection on the ends. Oven, still full of grime on the shelves and the outside. Tiles in the kitchen full of grease. Toilet- no lime scale remover had been used still stained on the bottom and the rim, which I have managed to now clean myself. Found lint and hairs still in the wardrobe, coffee still on the coffee table. Fingers nails stuck inbetween the skirting board and the floor. The list is endless, I’ve had to re clean everything. The cleaners were there for 2 hours, so they say, but this cannot be confirmed. It literally looks like they have just re wiped over an already, surface clean flat, empty flat. So brought this to customer services. Firstly, struggle to get hold of. Second, incredibly rude when you do. Told me’ I can assure you the fridge has been deep cleaned’ I asked for his explanation of a deep clean when the shelves hadn’t been removed,Nor the rubber seal cleaned which is basic stuff, he classed this and the rest of the unclean stuff as ‘missed spots’ which seems to be the script they stick to. He offered for the same people to come and reclean. I had to move in so was unable to do this he told me that I should have informed them Sooner, I had, I was ignored. I also didn’t want the same men coming back as it was uncomfortable. He then said resend more pictures then, on the complaints form you can only send 3. I’ve again been ignored. I could just about afford this clean and paid for it for peace of mind and due to COVID and allergies that I have. I can honestly say I have never been so upset. I have to reshedule A holiday to accommodate this clean, put back deliveries to my new flat so I could have this clean as I thought it would be worth it. All I would like is a refund and they are completely refusing. Also it seems their response to trust pilot reviews is ‘someone will be in touch’ I won’t hold my breath at getting my money back. I could honestly cry at this whole situation.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am unsure where all the favorable Trustpilot reviews come from, I can only assume they are fake, as me and friends experiences of this company have been very substandard, shocking in fact. They expect payment upfront but the quality of their cleaning is beyond bad and a company that expects payment up front can't be that good, can they. My experience.... I called them requesting carpet, upholstery cleaning and windows (in & out). How I wish I had checked with friends before calling! I was told that it would be more cost effective to book a move in/out clean. I advised them the property would have our items in it; and was told the cleaners would work around it. The day before they arrived I was told that they actually can't guarantee the clean as we have items in the flat .... Umm okay, to late now I've already paid them. I was also told that the job would take at LEAST 5 hours, probably longer if we still had stuff in the flat. 2 people arrived at 8.15am (should have been 3!), they took a break at 9.15am and were ready to leave by 10.30am .... mmmm, not the 5 hours I was expecting! Funny that, not guaranteed ... even funnier! Boy do I feel a fool. Anyway, to summarise the quality of the cleaning, it was absolutely shocking. They did maybe half of what they should have done. The carpets do not look like they have been touched. In fact I wiped a mark with a damp cloth and it came out, so I can only assume they rushed and did not take any care. The catalogue of shortcomings ... did not wipe kitchen counters, did not wash bathroom tiles, did not clean the fridge, made not effort to clean any cupboards with items, only cleaned some of the upholstery (and told me the machine was so strong it made only some sections bone dry ... (really!) and the carpets! WOW THE CARPETS well they were by far the worst. My carpets have been cleaned by myself and professional cleaners before and always come out well. Not this time, it does not look like they have been cleaned at all. Well maybe they have, but clearly so rushed and no care taken they may as well not have been. They also left whole sections clearly untouched. You can't rush some things... I have some videos which I will happily share if you PM me. It's got to be seen to be believed. Long story short, avoid this company and their fake reviews. "Customer Services" made no effort to understand / investigate my complaints adequately. They clearly believe whatever tripe they were fed by their cleaners over their customers. But if they only spent 1/3 of the time doing the job then I guess the quality would be a 1/3 .. which is pretty shocking really and definitely not worth it. Oh and one last thing, good luck getting hold of a person to speak to once you've paid. Hint, press 1 .. new job, that's always answered. PLEASE AVOID ... YOU CAN DO A BETTER JOB YOURSELF!! THEY A TOTAL RIP OFF

Service so disgusting they should not be allowed to do business!! Booked end of tenancy clean and removals. Conmpany (as per reviews) tried to reschedule and I refused. The removals team were fine. End of tenancy cleaning team arrives as the flat looks at it and said its bigger than expected. Said they will ring the office and come right back up. They disappeared!! Did not tell me they were leaving and lied to their head office that I had refused to pay. Head office did not call me. When i finally got through to them after 50 mins. They only apologised and said earliest appointment was 11th of august( my tenants were to move in on the 3rd)!! Absolutely disgusting never ever ever use them!!

We booked fantastic services for deep cleaning and antiviral weeks in advance and provided all details regarding property. On the day, upon arriving , the two cleaners mentioned that they need an additional hour which we promptly agreed to. After spending one hour on the phone ( in a language not understood), they left without discussing with us. Abysmal service ( if we can call it service,as they cancelled the job) and communication.

Everything from start of booking guaranteed by definite guarantee for 72 hours with no limitation in hours of work done to do the cleaning . On the day of cleaning the sick tractor came with saying that almost nothing can be done to perfection so he can’t give guarantee and he is paid less by the company and he needs to bring more people . At last three bedroom house with study , kitchen, living room ,laundry and two bathrooms done in less than four hours . It did not look like end of lease cleaning rather a normal cleaning done at home . Really disappointed with such a horrible service and moreover money is deducted a week before the day of cleaning so u can’t claim anything too

The cleaner came and then left without noticing me while I was outside for 10min. No contact from them. So we had to contact them. There might be misunderstanding. yet, leaving without noticing us is not acceptable as professionals. What is more, they charged us the cancelation fee. What kind of joke is that. NEVER use this company.

I booked a cleaner to clean the house. I paid extra for her to use detergent, I think I paid £6 more for detergent. However when I saw her packing them at the end of the day, they were usual stuff that I had in the house. So I should have saved my £6. I thought I was paying for industrial products. I also had to give her some of my own cloths to use as the cheap ones she was using was leaving a residue behind. Anyway next day when I went into the shower I noticed she had taken the paint off my black taps. She had used vialkal in my black brand new installed taps that had just been installed six months previously. Stupid lady didn’t even tell me she had caused the damage and carried in quietly cleaning around the house. Dishonest individuals. Trying to call the company to sort it has been an absolute nightmare. Three days on, no one from customer service has even bothered to ring me back to even sort the problem out. I will never ever use this company again for any of its services

An absolutely shocking service. Terrible. I booked three services after my tenant vacated my house - cleaning, gardening, and upholstery cleaning. The cleaning was appalling. Over half of the specified tasks were not done, rotten food was left on the still greasy kitchen counter and a rubbish bag was left leaking on the kitchen floor. The property was then left unlocked. The gardener was two hours late. They over charged my debit card for the services, and charged me for 'membership' which specifically stated I did not want. They then took charges for rubbish removal, a charge they had not made me aware of at the time of my booking, and then charged me for more bags than the gardener took with him. I tried to resolve the issue constructively, but was met with a very defensive and dismissive attitude. i am yet to receive a refund for either the over charges on my card, or offered any kind of refund for the poor cleaning services. Avoid this company.

I tried to book a bathroom refurbishment and they charged me even before the work was carried out. They did not ask for specific detail regarding the work and plumber and tradesman appeared on the day and said they could do not the work as they did not have the tools. Tried calling a few times but no one answers! I am now trying to get a refund for essentially work that was not carried. Nothing fantastic about them at all. Absolutely rubbish. Do not use

AVOID AT ALL LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! The re-arranged then cancelled and never turned up to the property. Insult to injury, they then charged me £50 for cancellation and wasted even more of our time. These guys are utter sharks and will take your money with impunity. The only thing fantastic about them is how rubbish they are.

Absolutely horrible experience! I booked a deep clean of a house we had just brought as the previous owners had left it in messy state and they had cats which my husband and I are both allergic too. I organised the booking 2 weeks ago and the clean was due two days before we moved in. The morning of the clean they cancelled with less than 2 hours noticed. They make you pay in advance so I have already paid £365 for this service 2 weeks ago. I've tried calling customer service and all you get is an automated voicemail service, you leave a message and they say they will call you back in an hour (it's been 3 hours!) no one is responding on chat either for ages. Horrible horrible experience. Worst of all I had a message from fantastic service saying they would need to be compensated if I cancelled - what about if they cancel on me 2 hours before!! I've tried to re book (as I've already paid) and there aren't any available slots before we move into the house so they have completely screwed us. I wasn't given any explanation for why our service was cancelled just a casual text saying its cancelled and rebook! I'd like to call other providers but I don't know if I'm even going to get the money!
