“AWFUL, RUDE COMPANY (ORDER #162067) AWFUL! This company sold me glasses which I was unhappy with for many reasons, including how they looked a completely different colour within the image to how they arrived (image showed a glossy gold and I received matte rose gold). The company just gaslit me, lied to me and refused to refund the entire purchase. It’s been a long time I’m still awaiting my partial refund. What’s the point in customer service when they ignore 80% of the queries in your email and treat you like garbage. I’ll be making everyone I know aware of this awful company. Imagine paying for designer glasses and being ripped off completely, and then also having to pay for tracked delivery to return them out of your own pocket. Every query I had, they told me they were sorry about it, but came up with a new lie to cover themselves and avoid being to blame. Thanks to Lauren and Devona for treating me like a piece of garbage through email, and lying to me broadly. I have evidence of all of this and I will report this company over this awful communication. It makes me sick that companies get away with this stuff now. This genuinely caused me mental stress to deal with, which sounds ridiculous over a pair of glasses. If you’re considering using this company, I’d just find the pair of glasses from another site (they’ll probably look completely different and show you the TRUTH). And they won’t be damaged upon postage. And hopefully the company you use will not treat you as badly as I was. FASHION EYEWEAR DO NOT CARE. Just another fast paced money making company with staff trained to do everything they can to keep money, even if it means to lie and be rude to the customer. Just to warn FASHION EYEWEAR, if you reply to this review with more lies - I will post the truth with evidence, so don’t even try it.”

“My first time having an add power on my lenses. I filled the prescription for single vision with the add because I was told it’s just an anti fatigue (not a true bi focal?). Get the glasses with no add power. I emailed several times and they said it’s my fault because you can’t have add power in a single vision. But then why would they fill that prescription? And why have the option to add power on single vision in their ordering? When I questioned them they said I didn’t read I’m the prescription right and it’s my fault. And I can pay to ship back and forth to replace the lenses. Terrible customer service attitude and we’re not accommodating at all.”

“Received faulty glasses and lens were of a poor quality. On top of that, customer service were awful! So hard to get hold of (the phone rings out or they pick up and hang up on you soon after). Still waiting for my refund.”

“I bought Cartier glasses from this company about £1000. They gave me lenses that were dirty and had noticeable scratches. They do not answer my questions and requests. I do not recommend buying glasses from them remotely.”

“1m ago I’m in New England, USA. I would never ever purchase a pair of glasses from this company again. Atrocious customer service. Literally one of the worst internet transactions and customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered frames on 1/19/24. It is now 2/14/24 and the frames are in Georgia several days away. I have never heard of the shipping company used (Parcel Service). Supposedly they made one attempt to deliver them returned the frames to NY and handed off to USPS. Tbh, I’ve never heard of parcel service and I don’t think a delivery was ever attempted. Why does fashion eyewear require a signature but if/when the frames finally arrive a signature will not be required. Had to purchase new frames from another company. Thank Heavens I didn’t need these frames for prescription replacements. My son broke frames from optometrist and I needed these to pop out old lenses insert in new lenses. I’ve heard from other reviews there is a significant shipping charge to return. Maybe in Europe they perform better but the service to the US is more than lacking. I would attach the ridiculous customer service email replies but it would be more wasted time on this company.”

“Awful customer service. Exchanged emails back and forth about my package never arriving and they still refused to refund me. I provided them proof from a royal mail investigation which confirmed the parcel never arrived to me, yet I am having to go through my bank to claim my money back. Would never buy from here again.”

“2 month ago I had bought A Prada frame, and it didn’t arrive even I had pay for faster delivery. No answer, no refund. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY . Please, please.. use Amazon it is safe and easy to return it.”

“I ordered two pairs of sunglasses on the 24 of November . They have still to be sent . Fashion Eyewear tell me its not their problem as the its on their suppliers side .. Bang goes my two Christmas presents . No mention of a supply problem when I was paying my money .. Fashion Eyewear are a total rip off .. An ongoing horrible experience!”

“I placed an order for prescription children’s sunglasses. The next day, I was told I needed to pay an addition £30. I was assured that my order would be delivered on time and would be marked priority if I paid immediately (which I did). 2 days after I was meant to receive the order, I called to find out where it was only to be told they had not even received the frames, priority order didn’t mean anything and when they said 10 business days, that was an estimate and actually the order would take a month, getting to me after I left for the trip I needed them for. They refused to pay to expedite the process and then decided that it was actually my fault as the order was for a child under the age of 16. The description of the glasses clearly said for children 11 yrs to 13 yrs and there was no disclaimer saying not suitable for children or anything to that effect. They refunded me my money (but that still leaves it too late for me to now get it from anywhere else on time). They even used the prescription I had uploaded online to question my daughter’s optitions AFTER the order had been cancelled and without my permission. AVOID FASHION EYEWEAR”

“Great frames, great customer service. Only thing I wasn’t fully satisfied with is the fact the glasses got delayed on 2 separate occasions but I still got them after about 8 weeks and I’m extremely satisfied. Vision express are great for cheap designer lenses but you will have to wait. I bought Prada frames for just under £300 and everywhere else is minimum £500 for the same frames with prescription lenses to be with you in 14 days. Pay the price or wait the time you can’t have it all!”

“Be careful if you buy anything on this website. You must pay via PayPal . You must claim if they don’t ship and escalate immediately. They will issue a tracking number but you will never receive your order . Because they cancel shipment after that about several hours and they will never answer your email from this time . “Don’t. Lower costs for sure but if you are based in the US, it will take at least a month for your glasses to arrive. In my case, almost 3 months! Not the greatest customer service either so wouldn’t recommend the hassle of purchasing products your could get elsewhere.”

“Avoid at all costs! The glasses I was sent seemed used and/or counterfeit. Upon contacting them I was asked for pictures which I duly sent and was told the item should not have passed the quality check. As a result I was promised a partial refund (10%) which I’m still awaiting. The communication isn’t effective either. I’ve had to chase them multiple times and am yet to receive a reply for my last email. Never again! BTW, the sunglasses weren’t cheap at all.”
