“Horrendous company! Must be investigated for it’s told unprofessional operation! I didn’t think it was possible in this day and age to be soooo incompetent. Will never buy from a company that uses fastway for delivery!”

“I had a parcel sent from Waterford and it was held for over 10 days in their depot. The parcel was "missorted twice" and the "gift box" came damaged. Unfortunately there is no way to contact them. They have no care.”

“I booked a parcel colletion via the Parcel Connect website for 7th December and received an email confirmation. I began to email 'support' after 8th December when the parcel wasn't collected. There is no phone number anywhere for them and the website says they are linked with Fastway couriers, who also don't have a phone number. I had to send the parcel by An Post on 11th December. On 12th December, when my tracking code still said 'not collected', I received a reply from Fastway Support to one of my emails blatantly lying, saying that the parcel had been collected on 11th! It's actual theft of people's money and I don't think they exist at all. It's just a professional scam website. DO NOT USE.”

“I have been dealing with garret from clondalkan fastway and the service ir above and beyond by him in the area. I've had deliveres and refunds handled with complete professionalism and kindness. Couldn't recommend FASTWAY in clondlakin garret. Absolutely amazing service.”

“A truly desperate service, it's a shame companies cannot be fired for not providing a service. Over €500 worth of presents from 3 different companies have all gone missing with Fastway. I've been on to customer service and they are simply terrible, giving replied saying we didn't get your parcel..yet they delivered one package of a mutli package. Business need to be very careful and simply AVOID using Fastway. It must be costing them a fortune, I've had orders resent and they still have not arrived 3 weeks later when I'm paying for a express delivery. Shocking and something needs to be done about this in the corporate section of Fastway!!!!”

“Do Not use this company. Worst couriers in Ireland. Because my parcel had no eir code on it, it sat in the depot for a week. No attempt made to contact me or sender. Still have not received the parcel after 11 days (Dublin-Galway). Update on tracking says its been delivered... But not to me.... No contact from the driver as to where it is. Unprofessional and a disgrace. I would leave zero stars if possible...”

“disgrace of a service, no way of contacting them , no phone line in operation , emails are generic responses , hiding behind computer screens avoiding dealing with realtime issues, have a package with Christmas gifts in their Dublin hub since 26/11/2020 and no update on it being delivered most likely lost or robbed at this stage , will never order from a company that uses FASTWAY again”

“i ordered an item from a place in Santry Dublin and i live 10km away and it took two weeks for Fastway to deliver the item. terrible service. poor quality. they are completely disorganised.”

“For the third time in one year this company never deliver! No way to contact them and tracking always says it is at the depot. When you contact via email and if they ever respond they tell you it's with the driver who will NEVER show up. on one occasion I managed to get the number of depot manager and the driver and when I called them both called me names. REALLY stop dealing with any company used their service.”

“WORST COURIERS EVER. Parcel was meant to be here on 12th Nov and now its the 18th and still not here. Told several times it was on van for delivery. Told they were unable to access property for delivery. This is false, I'm working at home, can see the drive and road from window. Drive is open so no reason to not be able to gain access. When I asked for contact number for head office I never heard from them again. Shocking service. Will never use them or buy from any retailer that does. I cannot believe they are still in business. Customer service is non existent.”

“I rang several courier companies to be told a delivery may take much longer than required and then I found Fastway Couriers. I have to recommend this company 100% not only for the next morning delivery but also their professionalism and friendliness especially the Tuam depot branch. Thank you Matthew for taking our speedy request on board, contacted Fastway yesterday, delivered this morning early. Excellent Service, Highly Recommend this courier company.”

“When I pay for home delivery I expect home delivery I ordered something from Powercity in Naas for delivery to Newbridge I got email from Powercity saying item would be delivered 3 days later which I thought was quite a long time as it’s only about 20 kms After 3 weeks item had still not been delivered although tracking said it was delivered and signed for so I contacted Powercity who told me package was left at Eurostar shop about 500 meters away no idea why they would do this and expect me to know it was left there This has to be the very worst courier company in the country and I can’t understand why a reputable company like Powercity use them when there are much better courier companies out there”

“Should be closed down cowboys. Use a proper company like DPD . Parcels damaged and thrown at your gate and not to your door. Prime time should investigate this company for bad service . Dangerous drivers and poor management. Avoid”

“I had a Sports Direct delivery due last week and I was anticipating it arriving last Friday after I received notification that the parcel was loaded onto the Courier's van at 6am on Friday.... No sign of them.... Then the next day the status had changed to 'parcel delivered at 8:34 am'... This is 100% false. No one delivered anything as I would've seen the vehicle due to where my house is situated and plus I was working from home, beside the front window at that time. Reached out to Fastway and received a generic response email and then nothing since after multiple emails... They should be shut down for this and be investigated.”

“Just absolutely horrendous! Only giving 1 star because you can't give less! This is the 2nd time they've screwed up. They seemingly cannot find my house even though they have delivered before. They keep sending my package for no reason between Cork and Southwest Depots? As of yesterday, FLAT OUT LIED ABOUT DELIVERY, ME SIGNING FOR ITEM AND ATTEMPTING TO RING ME!!! DID NOT HAPPEN, HOME ALL DAY!!! NO IDEA WHERE MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO? €200 WORTH OF CLOTHES THAT I WANTED!!! They need to be shut down badly, absolutely disgraceful! So angry!!”

“AVOID AVOID sent parcel, and was returned to me with no excuses had wrote on it returned due to covid, contacted fast way they said the reciver was not accepting parcels, to later find out no delivery attempt was made, as receiver has all in place for accepting parcels, and records kept for all contact to delivery Address.”
