“Chris and Kavan were more than helpful and Chris spent a lot of time speaking to me about various options, when our first option fell through he was quick to find us another solution and ensured that we had out mortgage sorted efficiently. “Got a mortgage for us where others could not, although we had told other places the same things eg a past ccj and a poor credit rating. We are very happy with all they did and they were very understanding with are past issues. If you have any past ccjs or a bad credit rating please get in touch with these, don't give up on anything, we were turned down by a mortgage broker on the high street and are existing mortgage company could not help us, even tho we never missed a payment to them. Thanks for all the help”

“I engaged the services of Finance Advice Centre just 2 weeks ago when my current mortgage provider Santander could not help with a remortgage. I tried Natwest who wasted a lot of my time as staff in branch seem not to know their own policies. I went on line and was a little reluctant as I thought it would be a back street lender with very high Interest rates how very wrong I was. I was Introduced to Paul Coss who would be my mortgage adviser. It is rare to come across someone so efficient and the speed he has worked at has been amazing. I work 3 jobs so time is precious Paul explained the whole process what we could hope to achieve and made everything so simple. If i had a query or question if i emailed or texted late at night or on a weekend I got my answer immediately whether he was home dishing the dinner up or at at an awards ceremony he is never off call. In just 2 weeks I have re mortgaged with one of the best high street lenders on the market with a fantastic rate I never thought possible. Please make Finance Advice Centre your one and only call if you want fast results the best deal and a well-executed service make them your one and only call. I hope Finance Advice Centre realise what a great team member they have working for them.”

“I contacted finance advice centre as me and my partner wanted to buy our first home. My partner had adverse credit so I wasn't very optimistic! However the IFA that was assigned to me called Chris Towlson was eager to be able to achieve this dream for us. Himself and Cavern his admin were really amazing at getting everything done quickly and easily! Chris had this case for months and refused to give up even when there were hurdles along the way. If it wasn't for Chris and his admin we wouldn't be buying our first home. We got our mortgage offer and exchanged contracts on our first home earlier this week. We look forward to being home owners! We never thought it would be possible! I wouldn't go to any one else now! & would recommend finance advice centre to everyone! I'm so grateful! Thank you Chris & the admin staff for all your help!”

“The service I received from Finance Advice Centre Ltd, in the form of my account advisor Dave Moore, was second to none. From the point of my first contact with this company, I received an outstanding service. After dealing with a local broker for over four weeks with no progress I completed a simple online form with Finance Advice Centre and received a call from Dave Moore, and, despite some issues such as age, no credit payment history for providers to judge me on and a mix up with my wifes name on the electoral register; 24 hours later Dave had secured a lender for a mortgage. Throughout the very quick and easy application process, Dave Moore was very professional, yet friendly and approachable. I liked the fact that he worked very quickly, was very thorough and to the point, and.. kept me informed every step of the way with several e-mails and phone calls. I think he was very understanding of our situation where our previous Broker had dragged his feet. Dave understood things had to be moved on quickly for us because there was a danger of us losing the property due to the time factor and worked to this end, securing a mortgage so quickly, it took us a while to take it all in. “Regarding obtaining a mortgage our situation was nearly impossible. Accidentally via internet we found Mr Paul Coss of Finance Advice Centre. We are proud and happy homeowners today but this wouldn't be possible without Paul's diligence and expertise in the field, our heartfelt thanks to Paul and also to Lewis. Things worth mentioning are the friendly after-sales service, great ethics and going the extra mile to help customers. To sum it up we've received a superb, professional 'value for money' service. “We found Finance Advice Centre on-line and was introduced to our advisor Lee. He was wonderful. He managed to get an a mortgage offer to us within a week. This was just what we needed, as we had a completion deadline of just three weeks. The main reasons we will use him again.....He only made promises he could keep and was true to his word. He always returned our messages (even late into the evening). A big thank you for understanding how much a personal service was just what we needed.”

“Both the adviser and their administrator that were allocated to me, were both professional and knowledgeable in the area of remortgaging. Nothing was too much trouble and both kept me updated and fully informed with my progress and helped in times when things did not go to plan. “Being complete novices we were daunted by the prospect of purchasing our home. After a conversation with Javid from finance advice centre everything was explained and nothing seemed too much trouble, even taking my calls at evenings & weekends. Our mortgage was found and agreed very quickly and at the best available deal. Javid also explained the entire purchase process and even found us a great conveyancer (JS-Law). We are so pleased we used the Finance Advice Centre as the stress and worry was taken away from us! We would recommend Finance Advice Centre highly and would definitely use their services in future. 10/10 service!”

“As a first time buyer I was so confused by the whole buying a house process. Jeanette from the Finance Advice Centre was outstanding at explaining the process, helping me through it and dealing with all the paperwork on my behalf which was slightly more difficult for her due to Scottish laws being slightly different from elsewhere in the U.K. I cannot recommend the company enough to help you through the moving home process - they take all the stress away and keep tabs on its progress for you on a weekly basis. I will definitely be using them when I need to re-mortgage or move home in the future. An outstanding service!”

“We were let down badly by another broker, kept waiting for two months with the same line being turned out each day 'It's with the underwriters'. We finally snapped and stopped all services with them around May bank holiday. I called Finance Advice Centre and Zoe Edwards picked up (it was after hours so thanks for her staying late that day!) Zoe dealt with our situation superbly, my wife and I (and subsequently our two small children) were all very stressed that our house purchase wouldn't happen! Zoe realised the importance of speed in this particular case and got everything done within two weeks! Original broker agreed to refund the valuation fee and this refund has taken longer than Zoe has taken to get the mortgage completed end to end! I and my family would like to say the biggest thank you to Zoe and her team. Our dream would have died if it wasn't for her so we will be eternally grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Finance Advice Centre for helping us out so speedily and professionally. Thanks a million, we will never forget it.”

“I cannot fault the amazing service that was provided by my advisor Sam. I came to Finance advice centre with the belief that I would never get another mortgage, but Sam helped me go through the process step by step, being positive all the way, the outcome being that I have secured a mortgage which was no problem at all and the process went without a hitch. It has allowed me and my husband to buy the house of our dreams. Sam was very helpful and although half way through the process we changed our minds to a different house, nothing was a problem. He was professional, courteous and always there to help and answer all my questions. I recommend anyone who is looking for a mortgage to give them a call, the service is fabulous, I can't thank them enough.”
