“I have recently become a first time home owner and could never have gone through the process without the help of the Finance Advice Centre. Jeannette and Kayleigh guided me through the process and kept me updated. The service they provided was excellent. Every question I asked was promptly answered and I was always informed what the next steps of the process would be. I would highly recommend the Finance Advice Centre.”

“I had made enquiries locally about finding funding to refurbish a second property I have owned for some years which, like my own property was mortgage free but my personal circumstances - including my age, being on a limited income, some previous credit history and also the fact the property is built of concrete construction were barriers to my gaining the finance and I had to say that I really had given up all hope of finding finance to refurbish the second property in order to give me the additional income when I came across the Finance Advice Centre which advertised the fact that it could provide finance in difficult circumstances. The assistance I gained from Lynn Cutts - my mortgage adviser - has been second to none and see has pulled out all the stops to find a lender who was prepared to 'take me on' which has completely changed my life and the future of my sons who will inherit both properties. I cannot fault Lynn in any way as she guided me through the process in a professional yet friendly manner and kept me informed at all times - through text and telephone calls and nothing was too much bother no matter what day or time of day she always kept to her promises - which was very much appreciated!”

“Paul cross and Lewis Hammond handled my mortgage directly although I'm sure there were more behind the scenes making it run as smoothly as it did. Absolutely A class service. my case was handled professionally and with the utmost attention. I had been to 3 different mortgage advisors before dealing with yourselves all who couldn't find the right fit for me. Which I think speaks for itself now that Paul and Lewis have helped me to secure a mortgage offer. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Dan Law was extremely helpful during what turned out to be quite a drawn out move. He was the voice of calm and definitely went over and above to make sure we got our mortgage and insurance set up in time. He even helped us whilst on holiday (even though we discouraged him from doing this). He is pleasant, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend the Finance Advice Centre on the back of the great service we received from Dan.”

“Regarding obtaining a mortgage our situation was nearly impossible. Accidentally via internet we found Mr Paul Coss of Finance Advice Centre. We are proud and happy homeowners today but this wouldn't be possible without Paul's diligence and expertise in the field, our heartfelt thanks to Paul and also to Lewis. Things worth mentioning are the friendly after-sales service, great ethics and going the extra mile to help customers. To sum it up we've received a superb, professional 'value for money' service. “I contacted Finance Advice Centre through finding them on the Internet. I have a poor credit rating and wanted to go on the mortgage with my partner who already had a mortgage in his name. From the start I was treated with respect and everything was made easy and understandable throughout the whole process and I was kept up to date on a regular basis and my emails were always replied to and my phone calls returned. I felt at ease with my advisor who was always friendly and happy to help along with her admin assistant who was also very attentive. Any issues with the mortgage company that was recommended to us were dealt with solely by our advisor who always resolved these issues to a satisfactory outcome. I would be more than happy to recommend Finance Advice Centre and definitely use their service again.”

“As someone who works in sales, I know how important it is to 'look after' your client. From the first contact with your Company, both Tiffany and Callum have provided me with an exemplary service, answering all of my questions promptly and going out of their way to help get my remortgage processed quickly. I even received an email from Tiffany whilst she was about to board a plane for her holiday! I would have no hesitation in recommending Finance Advice Centre to anybody and will now be using them for all of my mortgage dealings going forwards.”

“We had been struggling to get a mortgage anywhere because there was a default on our credit. We dealt with an advisor called Rob shaw.he was fantastic.he worked very hard to find us aa lender and a good mortgage.he was very pleasant and down to earth and .he made us feel relaxed through the process. Highly recommend this guy. Dan and Sarah”

“We found Finance Advice Centre on-line and was introduced to our advisor Lee. He was wonderful. He managed to get an a mortgage offer to us within a week. This was just what we needed, as we had a completion deadline of just three weeks. The main reasons we will use him again.....He only made promises he could keep and was true to his word. He always returned our messages (even late into the evening). A big thank you for understanding how much a personal service was just what we needed.”
