“Very professional even when the first person who was dealing with me had to have time off work she passed it to another adviser who was great too and did everything they could to make it go through smoothly glad I went through the finance advice centre”

“Dealing with the Finance Advice Centre was excellent from the very first contact. Jeanette and Kayleigh have been a god send, and as first time buyers there reassurance and assistance have proved invaluable. Their customer service is incredible and nothing is too much trouble. The support they have given us during a stressful time will not be forgotten and I can't thank them enough! I would have no hesitation recommending anyone to them.”

“Being new to the Mortgage system I really appreciated the supportive and caring service I received from many of the staff at the Mortgage Advice Centre. In particular Kayleigh and Jeannette were really brilliant. They got me the amount I wanted. After which they worked tirelessly to ensure I got through the mortgage process as quickly as possible. Kayleigh's hard work ensured I got through the process despite a few challenges. I would certainly recommend The Finance Advice Centre to any of my friends or family stating the process. “Finance advice group offer an excellent financial service with friendly and very knowledgeable staff, who will bend over backwards to help and assist you every step of the way. Finance advice group have just helped me obtain a mortgage even though I have a very bad credit history and a bankruptcy. Their team are first rate questions answered on the spot an queries sorted on the same day. Excellent value for money brilliant service will definitely use them again.”

“Very happy with the quality and speed of services provided by Finance Advice Centre. They helped us to get through mortgage selection very quickly, explaining everything in an easy to understand way and the product recommended has saved us good few thousands of pounds compared to what our bank would offer as their "best". The application process was swift and we did not have to keep bringing more and more documents as we were progressing through various stages - the checklist we got at the very beginning was spot on and confirms FAC undertsanding of the financial market is on very high level.”

“Dan Law was my mortgage broker and he was fantastic through the whole process, as were the admin team who I dealt with too. My application was completed in a matter of weeks (most take months!) and I was regularly informed of every stage, promptly. I absolutely recommend these brokers, my remortgage has changed my life and having had a failed application previously to Financial Advice Centre I nearly didn't apply thinking it was not possible, Dan said it was and he was right, I just wish I used them first and saved myself 2 months of trouble with the previous brokers I tried!”

“Tarek Webster worked on behalf of us when we purchased out new home, although it was a very long process, I felt at ease when ever I communicated with Tarek, he was very reassuring and followed things up very quickly, he made it feel like we were his most important customer and that nothing was too much trouble. The whole team kept us up to speed at every stage.”

“From the moment i first made contact to the most recent interaction, i was pleasantly surprised by the way the people i was talking with were so professional and helpful with a really nice manner. We all go through hard times in our lives and my situation was pretty complex and unfortunately led to defaulting on some loans etc, however Financial Advice Centre went above and beyond to find me the perfect mortgage for my needs. Rob Hannis was my dedicated mortgage advisor who has a gifted talent for conversing with clients such as myself with absolutely no pressure what so ever, i felt i had known him for years. Rob was very open and honest with us regarding our options since the beginning, I've always known where we stand and which direction we needed to go in. “After trying to get a mortgage with high street lenders I was left feeling really disappointed, after all me and my partner earn a decent wage and are both nearly 30 years old, I felt we needed to get on the property ladder as soon as possible. Finance advice centre made this possible! They were extremely helpful and took care of everything we needed, from time of contact we received a full mortgage within 3 weeks, Sam was always on hand to help with any queries I had and also offered quotes for solicitors. Such a great company and I would highly recommend there services to anyone struggling to get on the property ladder.”

“The staff were supportive from my initial conversation to the completion on my house. I would definitely recommend them for first time buyers as they were fabulous stewards of the process and were very quick to respond on any questions. I had Tarek Webster who was an exceptional support throughout the process and really helped relieve the stress of buying a house for the first time. They made the whole process seem seamless!
