“Pushy service... insisted I fill out forms and switch after 2min chat.. I was busy when they rang and when I said I was unable at the time to do right now I was still pushed to fill out forms so conversation ended right there. Asked if I was at work to which I stated it was none of his business and that all he needed to know was I was busy but still tried to push me.”

“I needed pet insurance. What a nightmare. Finder gave me an overview of several products. I wanted to make sure my new pup was covered but being Australian meant a lot too. An Australian call centre was up there. So I searched. I found a few that had info here. Got there names did more research and for me Knose Pet Insurance was a no brainer. All Aussie, and Aussie start up, no sub limits on surgeries ( that's well hidden elsewhere ) and a choice to suit any budget. Winner!”

“I appreciate the attempt to assist me but, from what I can understand,the fault lies with the staff of SBS failing to investigate all the ramifications of the change they have made. If I am wrong then I apologise but I followed the suggested path of instructions but to no avail. But thank you for trying.”
