“Filipe was very welcoming straight away. He made us feel as ease and Dilan (my 4 year old) felt comfortable straight away. I stayed for 10 minutes in the lesson (with my 2 year old) and felt happy to leave Dilan for the rest of he’s piano lesson with Filipe. Dilan was so happy and excited with how he’s first lesson went that the next day when he woke up first thing he asked me, “mum am I going to Piano lesson again please? I like it” Looking forward to the next lesson Happy customers here! Thanks Sheena”

“The tutor I picked apparently did not respond to the initial query, and the website sent a message very quickly to tell me. So I was able to search for another one, which has worked out very well.”

“Adam did an incredible job with my son Jaxson and it made a big difference to his confidence. Jaxson loved the environment he was taught in and related well to Adam being a younger University student. jaxson had a pre test today and he got every question right so I’m really happy with how Adam helped Jax have a better understanding with his Maths.. I totally recommend Adam 😊”

“I had a tutor named Ellie Lilly who helped me immensely with my sociology and health and social care A level. She helped me achieve a B grade in sociology and a distinction in health and social care. I was originally getting U’s and E’s in my sociology practice papers and only a pass grade in health and social care and she offered so much help in tutor hours and outside of tutor hours. She was reliable, friendly and reassuring and helped me build my confidence. I thank her massively and highly recommend her. :)”

“Excellent experience, I would only have two points that might be a consideration for the future. Making PayPal a payment option as many will not be happy with using credit cards. Also if the tutors could explain which core subjects they studied, as it took us a while to find a maths tutor with a background in Economics. The tutor we found in the end was exceptional and my daughter smiled for the first time in two months.”

“Easy to find a tutor relatively near to home. Very fast process, 1 week between contacting First Tutors to having my first lesson. Tutor extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Lesson was fun and another arranged for the near future. Worth £7.99 fee to get contact details. Thanks.”

“I don't feel your introduction fees are reasonable, it is unfair particularly as after introduction you may not end up with a successful establishment of a teacher.”
