We do have a set procedure to follow if there has been a problem with your tutor so that you can find another tutor at no further cost. “Better than many other sites. First Tutors is an efficient and fast way to find the right tutor for your needs. The filters First Tutors use enables you to narrow your search down to subject, level and exam board as well as location. But what I really value is the ability to correspond with potential tutors before making a decision. I was able to determine whether the people on my shortlist had experience in teaching the exam board and individual paper for which I was seeking help. Highly recommended.”

“First tiutors proved a great resource for us. We established the location and availability of an appropriate tutor very quickly and easily. The payment process was straightforward. “Very helpful re accessing a range of different tutors. The only negative is that tutors are reluctant to provide even very basic location information like how far, or minutes walk, they are from the railway station due to company rules.”

“It was very quick and easy to arrange a piano tutor for my daughter. He lives quite locally and she thoroughly enjoyed her first lesson with him, so overall I'm very happy with First Tutors.”

“Not sure why prices range from £4.99 to £24.99 ? When would someone pay £4.99. Seems a bit misleading to have that price on there when it isn't a possibility. I found the site very easy to use and was exactly what I needed. My only grip was the price scale. Just say it as it is. No need to make people feel it might be cheaper that's it actually is. Apart from that an excellent website.”

“I was desperate to find a credible source of tutors for Economics, there don't seem to be too many in my area and was surprised to find that there was an online tutor option - we reached out to the tutor who seemed best qualified albeit 200 miles away and after some short communications were up an running. My son is enjoying is tutoring and it was not difficult to set up at all.”
