“Website was fine although it was not clear (at least to me) that it was only an Introductory Service. I wrongly assumed that all tuition correspondence etc went through them from Start to Finish of the course, but this is not the case. However I am very pleased with the Tutor they provided and think it good value for money as a service provider.”

“First time user. Easy to use site. Lots of choices. I think the tutors should have DBS check to add further reassurance for parents. Feedback for tutors could be more structured. Lots of qualitative info. Found it difficult to choose and felt it was a bit of pot luck.”

“Easy service to use - I will use again and would recommend it. I found several potentially good options in my area and was given enough information to be able to choose a tutor and then exchange a few emails to see whether it could work before paying the agency fee”

“The lesson with Manza was very good, she explained everything very clearly and also moved at a good pace (not too fast or too slow). You can clearly see she's dedicated to teaching and helping her students because she pushed me to try to use a range of vocabulary and ask alot of questions. Manza is very easy to talk to which makes the lessons not stressful and makes it easy to learn.”

“I can't compare this site with any others, because it gave me all the information I wanted so didn't try any others. So all I can say is I am very pleased with the outcome. I found a tutor that so far has proved excellent, and if I ever want to find someone to teach me anything else, this will be my first choice to search.”

“I think FirstTutors is a great way to connect students to their chosen teacher in the speacialist subject. It’s a fast and realible way to engage with the tutors and personal data is safe. I guess the only downside i can say is that you HAVE to pay to get your tutors details (e.g email address / number)”
