“Many options to choose from, however the tutors mainly talk about themselves in the summary and not state what they tutor specifically. Thus choosing one is time consuming as one has to open each one. Very frustrating.”

“Very easy to navigate site and a great array of excellent tutors. I found a tutor within a few minutes to suit my requirements, enrolled (at an extremely reasonable cost) and contacted the tutor and now ready to start our first lesson.”

“Slightly disappointed that there were not more teachers close to where I live, but was very impressed with the responses. Unfortunately one of the choices only taught privately at weekends, but the teacher I have found is clearly committed and I look forward to working with her.”

“Helpful site and I was quickly able to find a suitable tutor for my son. The one improvement I would suggest it to enable communication to stay open a bit longer - you only have a short time to conclude arrangements with the tutor.”

“Overall, we have been happy with the service and have been able to find some good tutors that we were happy with. To improve the website in my opinion if possible it is best to publish the negative feedback as well. I believe they are as important as positive feedback. Also it would be helpful if the tutors who travel make the traveling expenses clear in their profile so that people know exactly how much it costs in total per session whilst they are in the process of searching. Thank you”

“I think your fees are high. You stated the fees between £4.99 to £24.99 but I was charged the maximum of this range it would nice if your forthcoming with fees in advance. Otherwise good service to link with tutors.”

Dear Emad, Thank you for your feedback. The introduction fees are based on the tutor's hourly rate so for example if you can afford 10 pounds per hour for tuition we only charge 4.99. The higher you are willing to pay for the tutor's hourly rate the higher the intro fee. These fees help cover the costs of reference collection, qualification collection, ID checks etc. If you have any problems with your tutor please do not hesitate to contact us, we are here to help.
