“This is the second time a tutor from your website has not turned up I would like a call back in reference to this my number is 07793906714. Disgraceful experience.”

Dear Shauna, Thank you for your feedback. We are terribly sorry and surprised to hear this as we pride ourselves in the quality and dependability of our tutors. I can see you haven't yet contacted Customer Service to register a complaint so I have emailed you personally with instructions on how to bring these tutors to account. We will also follow their non-attendance up with them directly. “I was looking for a tutor and did a google search, first tours came up and I found the website really easy to navigate. I put in required subject and area and was presented with a list. After reading quite a few profiles. I decided on a tutor. I made initial contact, asked a few questions then paid a fee to release the tutors contact details. The tutor responded very quickly. The tuition has not started yet but if it's as hassle free as the finding of the tutor then things will be good.”

“I have used First Tutors for Math, Singing, and Ukulele lessons. It's brilliant. So easy to sort through who lives where, what they charge, and their back grounds. It's been worth the investment to access so many great instructors that I would have never found. Last year we hired three tutors and they are still teaching our daughter. We haven't had any issues. I'm very pleased with this website.”

“the first three records came attached together. It proved impossible to separate them and although I did get to see a response from the second tutor in line once it was not available thereafter. I saw nothing from the third.”

Dear Phil, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you found our system of having the same request sent to several tutors confusing. If this ever proves a problem again do email Customer Service and we can separate them out for you. I can see that the third tutor didn't respond at all to your tuition request which obviously isn't the standard we expect. Please be assured that tutors who don't respond swiftly to tuition requests have their profiles switched off so only those that are responsive remain on the site. “They were very professional I was able to message the tutors through the site and make a decision on which one to go with before any money had to be paid once the payment went through her contact details were emailed immediately we have spoken on the phone a couple of times to clarify day/time and cost I haven't met her yet but she is due to start 11/09/2017 so will leave a review on her site at a later date”

The tutors I selected were in touch promptly and it was straightforward to go on to arrange lessons following the instructions provided by First Tutors.”
