“It was a useful website and process. I did feel once l got used to the key requirements, the process went smoothly. I did feel the requirement to unlock tutors was a barrier, to me using the website on a long term basis. It would be costly, if you had other request.”

Dear Antoninette, Thank you for your feedback. The intro fee is per tutor's contact details although it is free to contact as m any tutors as you wish to discuss all tuition needs. If the tutor isn't suitable we ask that you leave feedback on the tutor's profile, we then offer another tutor at no further cost so there isn't a risk of losing money if you are not satisfied with the tutor. “The site was easy to use - put in what you need and you are given access to the details of a list of potential tutors to choose from. Most of the tutors reply quickly and I had arranged a tutor for my son within 4 hours of putting up my request.”

“Pleased with functionality but disappointed at range of tutors. To be offered an undergrad or someone fresh out of university with no teaching experience to teach A level is ridiculous. Some hourly rates far too high. Some naive tutors think an oxbridge degree will make them a good tutor and they can charge more. However- pleased with our choice.”

“I wanted to learn the Bulgarian Language for my own benefit. I own an apartment on the Black Sea Coast and have done so for the last 8 years. Needless to say, Bulgaria is my holiday destination every year. Even after all these years the only Bulgarian word I know is their word for 'thank you'. To be able to have a working knowledge of the language will make life out there much easier. I found First Tutors on the internet, in fact there are remarkedly few Bulgarian tutors in this country, and none in my area. First Tutors were great. I was given the choice of three tutors, there may have been more, but I soon chose my tutor. The entire process was easy and took about three days to organise. It could have been quicker, but I took my time selecting the tutor I wanted to engage. Thank you First Tutors.”
