“I don't like the idea of paying a registration/administration fee before the first consultation with the tutor. In my opinion I am paying an extortionate amount -registration fee and for the first hour before I know if the tutor is acceptable. They are they are going to earn enough for attendances without me having to pay for what could be an incompetent tutor that doesn't meet my needs. The tutor should pay for the fees”

We offer a tutor guarantee, so if in the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your chosen tutor- simply contact us and we can advise how to leave feedback and choose a replacement at no further cost. Due to Employment Agency regulations we are unable to charge tutors for finding work. “There was a wide selection of tutors and all the tutors we contacted got back to us very quickly.”

“The tutors don’t replay to you. I had to contact six tutors and only two game back to me. But only one wanted to teach my daughter. It is very difficult to find a tutor. Thank you”

“French accent was not very good making it difficult for me to understand . Personally I would prefer a french native speaker to teach. The whole experience was not great ,will not be attending another lesson .”

“The choice of tutors was good. When I found a suitable tutor it was easy to contact them. Unfortunately the tutor we picked and used for a couple of weeks (who was very good) moved abroad to work. We explained this to First Tutors who waived the fee to find and contact another tutor. Very quick communication from First Tutors.”

“First Tutors enabled me to easily find a German tutor within my area. Reviews were available to give info about the tutors. Responses from the tutor were quick to be notified by First Tutors and this meant that arranging mutually convenient times was very easy. Considering the time I would have had to spend finding a tutor without the help of First Tutors the fee is well worth it.”
