“For a moderate fee, it was possible to choose a tutor for my daughter. The process allows for you to communicate with the tutor before having to pay a fee which is helpful in deciding if they are the right tutor. The only negative comment is that when communicating with the tutors to see availability of dates, First Tutors blocked out the dates from the correspondence because they thought the dates were part of a telephone number. This meant having to pay to release the tutor details before it could be established if the tutor was available on the required dates.”

“Although I found the website a bit confusing at first, ( as in, once the tutor was found I was not sure if to contact through the website or talk to the tutor direct) I found an excellent tutor for my daughter, who has given her great tuition during her A levels. Hopefully her results will prove that . I”

“All went smoothly, no problems with contacting tutors. If there was a way of switching off tutor ability to contact parents so we just do our search and don't have to keep replying to tutor queries that would be useful.”
