“My installers were very good. Mark Spencer, Chris Cade and Brandon Milliard were professional and respectful. They did the installation with utmost respect to my property and were very courteous. I will recommend them over and over again because they are good ambassadors of first home improvements.”

“We had new composite door fitted complete with frame.we are very satisfied with this .the installation team were brilliant working in appalling weather conditions they did a fantastic job.we would recomend the firm and its employees.”

“As expected and as always, a prompt first class installation. My experiences with your installation teams have always been faultless, and these last two windows are no exception. The improvement in heat retention and quietness of the rooms is noticable immediately. Now, I feel I can relax, knowing that all my windows and doors will be safe, secure and retain their properties for many years. Thanks to all. “We are very pleased with our new French Windows and bathroom window installed by Ifti and Alan from First Home Improvements. We were informed of the date and time of their arrival and how long they would take to carry out the installation. They duly arrived on the day and at the specified time with covering for the floor to prevent dirt on our carpets and completed the work in less than half a day. If we need to replace more windows or doors we would certainly use them again.”

“I needed a side entrance door replacing on my detached garage. The current one was no longer fully secure. I had some previous work carried out on my house by First Home Improvements and was very satisfied with the result. The work was carried out at the beginning of February. The fitter, Mark Whitaker, arrived promptly and quickly completed the job. The standard of his work was very good, he was pleasant to deal with. I am very impressed with the result and feel reassured the garage is now much more secure.”

“We recently ordered a new composite front door, we'd been looking for a while and had received other quotes. Ist Home Improvements gave us a very competitive quote and didn't charge us extra to have the letterbox cut to a custom size. We were impressed by the sales consultant, surveyor, and fitter, who were professional and courteous throughout their visits. The new door has exceeded our expectations. We have since purchased a new back door and new windows because we were so happy. We have recommended them to our friends and family.”
