I enjoy shopping with flannels online has I don't go into my local store in Liverpool has they don't make you fell comfortable and the looks I receive of them isn't nice

quick and easy purchase delivery was quick, returns abit disappointing as there is no free returns after purchasing such expensive items I would expect free returns.

I start to use flannels last week,the first order was perfect,this week the second orders wasn't perfect,I ordered a tshirt that was great,a swimming trunk that was amazing,and then I ordered 2 pair of brief hunderwear anth that was wrong cause I receive 2 pair of trunk hunderwear!!!! In the order the catalogue code it's the brief one but then say trunk!!!! My cleaner wash them straight way so I can't return them,and I hate trunk!!!!!!! Regards Cristiano Basciu.

My parcel arrived quickly but it was delivered by Yodel. Their service has nothing on the DHL service provided by some of your competitors. Whilst it is acceptable to pay for delivery of course, I was surprised to find I had to cover my own return costs. I understand why you do this but I had to pay £11 to return an item by Special Delivery because of the value of the item. Given the value of some of your stock it is simply very risky, and therefore a worry for customers, to send items back by standard post. This will put me off buying from Flannels.com again.

The item should be shipped in a box to prevent damage, especially for an expensive item. The plastic hanger for the jacket broke in half during shipment and could have damaged the jacket (to be honest, including the hanger was unnecessary).

Customer service just DON'T reply my email!!!! I've written to them to ask for VAT refund (as instructed by CS from telephone call... ) but nobody reply my email... I sent it on 3rd JULY... that was ages ago.. please can someone read my email... !! thanks!

The track suit bottoms I ordered very very good and I was very pleased. Sadly the delivery service you use yodel has let you down on this occasion and has made me think twice before ordering from you again. The delivery driver left no card through the door, as I was out when he delivered. Then after about half an hour of tracking on there very slow website I discovered the parcel had been delivered 4 doors away from me. Sadly when I knocked st the door they said they had no parcel. After at least an hour on the phone and yodel website they finally agreed to raise an investigation. I still have heard nothing back from them. I suppose it was lucky that whoever did have my parcel decided to chuck it in my garden the next day or I would never have received my goods. Still yodel have not come back to me.

I would have given a very good, apart from two issues - 1. Customer services email sent on the 30th June, received a confirmation message on the 1st July advising a response would be sent. Now it is 5th July and no reply. Also, I live in Hong Kong and I have enjoyed many years of loyalty to Flannels and now I find I can not order for deliveries to Hong Kong and I cannot use my Hong Kong credit card. So my only option is delivery to the UK using Paypal, which is ironic as Paypal is linked to a Hong Kong credit card

Would order loads more from you, but need to try on items for size. But because you don't have a free returns policy it becomes really expensive.Set up free returns like a lot of your competitors.

I had added 2 more items in my bag and when I checked out I could not order them because they were out of stock (i.e. the stock on your website is not updated). When I made the order, ANOTHER item was not in stock, so 1/3 (3 out of 9 items) of my order was canceled. One of the items that arrived was defective, namely had a hole on it, so I could not get almost half of the items that I wanted! None of the 3 options that I proposed could not be fulfilled and I just got a refund for the defective item. The ONLY reason that I gave 3 stars is because Mrs Amy, from your Customer Service, was very kind and helpful. Otherwise, really poor experience. Btw, this is something that I have highlighted on other websites, too, using the DHL service. While Barlin was pretty quick, I have to admit, it is rather annoying spending so much money on delivery and have the carrier telling you that they are not delivering the stuff where I live, that is less than 19km away!!! Some even deliver food in such a distance, never mind being a courier...

Product I ordered didn't come as I'd expected. Looked very different on the picture to what it actually was. The worst thing is spending £365 on a jacket you'd at least expect free delivery but no, I would recommend flannels to have a free delivery over £200 or something similar, it would incline people to shop with them rather than else where. I seen a £450 coat on flannels that I wanted but plus delivery took it to even more, I found the coat elsewhere that had free delivery and shopped there instead.

Flannels promotions are good/very good and the service/delivery always seems to work well. I've marked them down in this case because I was unable to combine items on my most recent order where some were eligible for an extra 20% off and some were not (when you have both in the same basket you donb't get the option to enter the promotional code). This meant I would have to create two orders and be charged twice for delivery which is crazy and makes the extra 20% thing annoying instead of motivating.

I like the product very much (a Cavalli Class yellow bag) but I do not think that it is made of real leather as written in the product description and then the price is too high for an eco bag.
