How is an online clothing company not offering free returns? Last time I shop here, stick to the ones that don't surprise me what postage costs.

Poor that I have to pay for returns. Poor that the jeans I ordered advised on Flannels site I order my usual size yet when received waist was a lot smaller than the usual size.

Bad, service, I had been orderd a Kenzo Sweatshirt and it came very late, It should have been arrived the 1st of june but it came 5th of june, it was supposted to be a suprize for a friend but you guys ruined it. Thanks..

I chose the delivery to store option for my purchase of 2 T-shirts. However I received an email to advise that my order was ready for collection and I visited the store in Meadowhall Sheffield where I was told that unfortunately I was not able to collect my goods as only 1 of the T-shirts had arrived. So after around 20 minutes of discussion I left the store and was advised that you would be in contact again when the 2nd garment arrived. The garment then arrived several days later some 8 days after the original order and I was able to collect my goods. I paid £6.99 for the option of in store collection and feel that I did not receive value for money as I had to make 2 special journeys to collect the goods at my own expense and time. I fully expect you to refund the £6.99. On a positive note the sales assistant who serve me through the issue was very attentive, understanding and professional and I know she did all in her power to sort out the issue. (Calling head office and myself with updates)

Only half of my order turned up and I wasn’t told that only part was coming or why only part had come but the whole of the money was taken I am still waiting for my other items

I Was disappointed that I was able to order something and then receive an email saying it was out of stock.i found the postage and packing a high price when I had ordered 2 small items and then 1 was unavailable making it even more expensive.

Bought a very expensive designer item for my birthday and used next day delivery. It was specified at checkout that i would come the next working day and knowing that i ordered it. After 4 days i have no information on the order and I had to leave for holidays.

I bought J21 Armani Jeans and wrong colour was sent though I decided to keep it. There’s need for attention to details when sending items to customers ordered online.

The ordering and delivering of the item was fine. However was not impressed with high shipping charge. Unfortunately the item was too big even though I ordered the smallest size (not your problem) but I now have to pay shipping charges to send it back so already out £14 on a £70 item ridiculous. I went into your store but apparently you cannot refund only exchange and the girls are not that pleasant but that's another story. I can order same items from other stores and even though there MIGHT be a small shipping charge to send I know that if something isn;'t right I can return to store without incurring further costs. If you were a store where all the sizes where exactly the same throughout then its fine but when you are selling different designers and the sizes are not consistent across all brands then you need to have flexibility.

Had a bad experience with the delivery. Spent £600 the clothing and I only received one item. Checked my order status and it says its complete also no tracking number for the other items. Will have to call up customer services to sort it out. And also I needed the clothes for a special day which now got ruined.

I still haven’t received my purchase or nor have I been told if it’s with my local courier. I was aiming to get my item before next week as I have a christening to go to.

I don't have issue with any of the products. My issue is with the website keeps on crashing. Had to make 2orders paying more than I have to on shipping cost.

Hi. I would always give you 5 stars and have used you a number of times.However, sorry to say , I haven’t received my second item and i wasn’t notified this time. It is a present for my daughter and therefore not ideal.i have emailed again to chase and awaiting news. I was never informed this would happen.

I ordered a polo shirt for my partner and it was too big, we went to silver burn in the hope we could exchange for another product or a refund to allow us to buy another straight away. We were told this wasn’t possible and would need to return this to the online flannels where they would refund but can take up to 14 days and I also had to pay for returns which is appalling. I ordered another T-shirt in a different size and again this didn’t fit and again had to pay for returns and still again be 14 days to refund the money. I find this ridiculous that you have to wait so long for a refund however not being able to return to store is crazy when all other retailers do offer this service. I will not be using flannels again as a total I have paid £140 for two T-shirt’s and £17 delivery then more money on top of this to return the products and still to be refunded for the returns.

Ask to review my order how can I has I am still waiting for it 10 days have now pass I am ment to pick up from store.its now Friday I bet I here any think until next week which make it 2 weeks.

Unfortunately paid for next day delivery for an item of clothing for a special occasion, the item actually arrived 4 days later, although the delivery charge was refunded as a good Will gesture, it then cost £6.00 to return the item which was no longer required due to its late arrival!
