“Awful experience. Ordered a bunch of red roses which looked elegant and classy on the website, costing around £50. When they arrived, they first of all addressed the bouquet to the wrong recipient, ruining the entire sentiment of sending flowers and secondly the bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered. They were covered in gold glitter and came in a cheap and tacky lime green box. The roses did not look fresh and there was no foliage in the bouquet as shown on the pictures on the website. The cellophane looked a mess with glitter all over it. Emailed a complaint and called them 3 times to ask for compensation for which I had to fight for half my money back. Do not buy from Floom, seems like they are putting up generic pictures of bouquets and getting random suppliers to fulfil the orders haphazardly. They refused to give me a full refund and tried to say that the florist tried to make it 'special' by throwing in a free vase which was actually a jar with a sticker on the front (Yazs Flower Gallery). What a joke. Definitely avoid at all costs. You can get better flowers from the supermarket at a fraction of the price.”

“We specifically chose Floom as it outlined it could deliver our flowers on 31 December. These flowers were urgent and we wouldn’t have ordered with you if we knew it would take so long. It’s now 3 January and the flower status is “with florist”. This is false advertising and very disappointing.”
