“Used Floom for the first time for an anniversary gift. Despite getting the order delivered email, the bouquet was nowhere to be found. Got in touch with them and an agent said the bouquet was left in a safe place behind the bin. I had no idea what bin they were referring to. Turns out it was delivered to the wrong address (they mixed the flat and building numbers), and some kind strangers brought us our bouquet with no further help from Floom. needless to say, I will not be ordering from Floom again.”

“Confusing selection when ordering online - it was showing flowers that did not deliver to my area or couldn't be delivered on the selected date even though I had the necessary filters enabled. Premium delivery was on time however the delivered bouquet was significatly different to what I ordered, the specific flowers mentioned in the description were missing and were replaced by less attractive ones. No reply to my complaint was received as of yet however I got multiple emails asking for review in exchange for store credit.”

“After changing devises (phone to laptop) I finally finished my order, on the fourth try. I think the error notice was due to my delay in filling in the information required. All my frustrations dissolved when I received a photo of my happy friend with her birthday flowers and champagne! The bouquet was as gorgeous in the photo as it looked online!!”

“These were for a teachers birthday. I stated in the comments they needed to be delivered by a certain time and before the school closed for the day. Was also willing to pay extra for the guarantee... Searched everywhere on the site for a number only to find out the company is based in the UK. So much for ordering and purchasing from a local business... Finally found a contact number only to have it continue to ring. The flowers I sent are sitting in the lobby of the building with some receptionist enjoying them, rather than in the classroom of the recipient.”

“Very easy to use platform, ordering process was easy and delivery was sent on time. Flowers did not match the image provided in coloring or size. Of course, don't expect it to be exactly the same but I paid for a "larger" size which doesn't seem to have taken place and the flowers were meant to be largely blush pink roses and instead were bright red roses and carnations.”

“Flowers were just like the photo. Next-day delivery was great. Live chat on website was polite and patient and helpful. Make sure if you want a vase, that you don’t order the ones with photo of flowers wrapped in paper! I like that local florists are used to fill orders.”
