The flower bouquet that my boyfriend received was beautifully arranged! The only reason I can't give five stars is because one of the roses appeared to be a bit rotted at the bottom already and the petals started browning within a day.

I was extremely disappointed with my order. I placed an order for orange chrysanthemums. The flowers that were delivered were pink and green, pale, and not at all as pictured on the website. To be honest, they are ugly. When I emailed customer service and sent photos, Stacey essentially said “too bad, so sad.” I expected better customer service and I do not recommend purchasing flowers from Floom.

Flowers were ordered for Tuesday delivery, never turned up. I called late Tuesday and was told it was an IT issue and I would be refunded. The flowers were then sent for 8pm delivery to a business address, then redelivered the next day when the recipient was not working. I contacted Floom again to express my last conversation was that I was being refunded, and I am still waiting for them to 'get back to me'. Just order directly with the florists if possible

The flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like the floral arrangement I chose and paid for. The flowers that were delivered were not a $100 bouquet. I was duped and overcharged.

I was excited to suprise my mom with flowers on her birthday but they weren’t delivered on time. So I contacted Floom through chat and was assured they would arrive the next day. However although the status says it’s prepared for a day now, my mom still hasn’t received the flowers :(

I’m very happy with my purchase from Floom. I ordered on a Sunday night for a Monday delivery. A beautiful, high quality bouquet was delivered to my friend for her birthday by 2pm.

I placed an order first thing Monday morning 1/9 and paid for same day delivery. After contacting customer support the afternoon of Tuesday 1/10, I received a delivery confirmation email after business hours, so the recipient will not receive her flowers until 2 days after I ordered them for her first day at new job.

My overall experience with Floom has been poor. From the start I did not receive a confirmation email of my purchase until the next day and there were no updates or tracking for delivery. The flowers were delivered outside of the delivery window, and only after I contacted customer support. I didn't even receive confirmation that they were delivered from Floom until many hours later. The bouquet itself was sub par for the cost of the purchase. Several flowers came with broken stems or wilting/browning blooms. I would not buy from Floom again and will not recommend this service to anyone looking for high quality flowers.

I ordered once. I have since been spammed by email. The first was clearly a form letter claiming to be the manager reaching out personally. Since then, I have been spammed by a site which collects reviews. I have tried to unsubscribe. I will try again. In addition, this review form doesn't have the options which are actually appropriate (no "same day" choice, for example). I hope they get their act together as a company and get professional because it is an excellent idea. Shame. Good service, but I cannot recommend due to the spam.

Warning: do not risk using this service. I ordered flowers for a special occasion that were never delivered. I reached out to Floom customer service twice and they’ve ignored me. I’m having to dispute the scam with my credit card.
