I live in Finland and wanted to send a gift to my son who lives in London. I needed a same-day delivery and googled for options. Floom had a nice, easy to understand website that saved me both time and energy. The flowers and prosecco were delivered just as promised and my son was surprised and happy. Thank You!!

Flowers delivered a day late without any email or call explanation beforehand. These flowers were sent for an occasion. Why am I paying money for your service if you’re not providing the service you offer? Unprofessional and careless. Won’t recommend.

I ordered Floom because it showed a Sunday delivery and they were delivered on Monday, I never would have ordered with Floom had I known they would arrive Monday

SO pleased the flowers were beautiful, I made a purchase with another flower company but after reading their reviews & seeing their social media I quickly canceled & switched. I paid more BUT it was worth it in every way, would 100% use & recommend this company for anyone. Best looking flowers I've ever sent anyone

Order didn’t arrive. Support team was helpful in trying to get it sorted but by that time they wouldn’t arrive until the next day and the flowers were meant for a birthday and I needed them on the exact day that I ordered them for.

Hi Calvin, I'm so sorry that there was a delay with your order and it did not arrive with your recipient on time. As a result, I know this wasn't ideal but a refund was provided. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

I am very disappointed by the flowers that were sent. I looked all over Lorena Eni’s site to find a bouquet that did not come with some kind of vase so that the $150 would be spent on more flowers not some deluxe vase. I chose the blooms of the week because they were the most varied and brightly colored. The drab, spare bouquet that was delivered was a big let down. Instead of a warm hug it was more of an icey handshake. If I wanted something spare and elegant I would have chosen one of the options that suggested that. The photos were entirely misleading.

Really pleased to have been able to send my mum a pretty bouquet on Mother's Day, all the way from the Netherlands. They arrived on time, my message was written in a lovely note, and the flowers looked lovely and fresh. This is a fab service for anyone who's living far away from home and wishes to show their loved ones that they're thinking of them.
