“Spent £39.99 + £0.50 for gold glitter and £6.99 delivery. Flowers arrived......6 flowers in bouquet, tiny, and no glitter.....contacted Floom and had standard we are sorry you were disappointed..... we will look into it and get back to you...still waiting 😔”

“I would recommend Floom as I have used them twice so far and the flowers have been lovely. I only gave four stars this time because one of the deliveries arrived a day late. However, they informed me of this delay and quickly refunded my delivery fee, so kudos to them for customer service!”

“This was my first poor experience with Floom. My order was not delivered on the date that it was scheduled for and it took me to reach out, twice, to Floom to understand what happened. The flowers ended up arriving 3 days late, but I received no explanation as to why there was a delay. I really hope this isn't typical as I've recommended Floom to several friends and family.”

“The yellow roses I ordered for my Grandmother were absolutely stunning! In bloom and full, and fresh! Also- props to the delivery man whom successfully navigated a security station outside and another security guard in the lobby of her building! The flowers arrived successfully at my Grandma's door! Thank you!! I look forward to ordering again! :)”
