My friend's mother-in-law passed last week and I sent her some flowers. She was over the moon when she saw the bouquet and I was super impressed myself. I'm glad I could cheer her up.

Flowers to my mom on Mother’s Day weren’t delivered despite being ordered on time. When questioned the admin stated they couldn’t contact the florist responsible and so were refunding me and giving me a $20 coupon for a future order. Honestly I was happy with the refund and coupon - I don’t know what else they can do in that situation but at the end of the day I ordered flowers for an important event and they didn’t arrive - you can’t get more than two stars for that I don’t think.

On the Friday evening before Mothers Day I was panicking as I had left it so late to order flowers for my mum who lives on the isle of wight When i looked at Floom and put in Mum's postcode, it clearly stated which flowers were no longer available for delivery on Mothers Day delivery and those which were. i placed my order and shortly after got an email confirming my order, but unfortunately, i didn't check my emails until late on Saturday night, when i then saw I had another email from Floom, sent 30 minutes after the confirmation email, telling me the florist was unable to deliver to my recipient's area due to unforeseen circumstances. what circumstance can happen in 30 minutes on a friday evening that would prevent a delivery on the following Sunday? the email included a voucher against a future purchase as an apology but it didn;t make me feel better or make up for my mum not receiving mothers day flowers from me for the first time in 20+ years? I can't review the flowers as the order was cancelled, but clearly, there are issues with their website accepting orders when either the stock was unavailable or the address was one they couldn't deliver to, so i would be nervous to use them again.

Hi Nicola Im so sorry for the disappointment you have experienced. I understand your order was cancelled. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the florist couldnt fulfil your order. Furthermore, if it is a busy weekend (e.g. Mother's Day) and the florist cant deliver - the policy is to cancel the whole order. I understand a refund has been provided. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

First time using floom, very happy with the service, website easy to navigate and order from and order received on time and looked just as one ordered… my daughter was extremely happy and loved them! Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend, thank you floom!

Really stunning bouquets and deliveries were on time. I live away from my family in another country and I sent for Mother’s Day a bouquet to my aunt and one for my cousin who’s a new mum. They were so surprised and said two weeks later the blooms are still there. I will definitely use Floom again for my UK orders.
