“Poor customer service when I asked to make an amend to my order. The flowers that did come also were not worth the amount I was charged. Overrated and overpriced in my view.”

“The delivery was a mess, they said they have delivered the flowers but they didn't... It was a birthday surprise for my sister so it was really not nice that she had to look for them everywhere and in the end it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, they were not what we expected. They seemed not fresh and they were a bit withered... It also didn't look like the flowers I ordered from the image. It is very sad to see such a difference, especially since the flowers we got are not as premium as the ones in the image... This was a birthday present so it is just very disappointing to get such an experience, especially when it wasn't cheap... The only reason why I give 2 stars it's because the flowers were nice, just not fresh and not like the ones in the image.”

I understand you have been in touch with the Customer Services Team regarding delayed delivery, in which, you have now received a delivery charge refund. If you can send further images of your order to the Customer Service Team (email: support@floom.com), the advisor will be able to investigate this matter further with the florist.

“It was very easy to order through Floom The only comment I have is that in the picture all the tulips in the bouquet were purple and the actual bouquet had some orange tulips as well”

“I've used Floom several times now, and have been beyond impressed each time. My friends who received the bouquets were blown away by their beauty! Also, for any inquiries you may have, they are very reachable compared to other companies, which is a huge asset. Customer service is key, and Floom truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

“Some of the flowers used were beautiful - but sad to see carnations which seemed out of place with the rest of the blooms. I think when I let the florist choose, I usually expect to see something out of the ordinary - perhaps that is just my own idea. :)”
