“I purchased a floral arrangement to celebrate a friend's joining of the "65 Club". Wanting it to be a surprise, I didn't check to see if their address as changed because their moving date was a month away. Well, I was wrong but the delivery driver took the arrangement to their new address and she was thrilled with it. Thanks!”

“I have used many on line floral delivery services and more often than not have been extremely disappointed with the arrangements, most being a smaller version of what was paid for and even allowing for seasonal scarcity of some blooms, looking nothing like the photos from which one chooses the bouquet requested . I used Floom for the first time and not only was the recipient thrilled with the flowers ‘Brighton Belle ‘ but on being sent a photo of them, they were exactly as sold . Delivery was the same day as I had purchased them , as I requested and I will definitely in future only use this service .”

“Unfortunately, the delivery was nearly an hour late outside of its same-day delivery window of 12:00-18:00, which I wouldn't have minded so much if it didn't cost an extra 9.99 and I ordered well before the 13:00 cut-off point. The part that jarred me though was while the flowers were nice, the display picture looked considerably better, and the flowers in the picture had an intense and wide spectrum of colours while what I arrived at my door was fairly bland in comparison. Naturally, the display picture is going to look a little fresher and polished but I think the disparity between the two in this instance was a little too sharp for the cost.”

“This is the second time we have used Floom and we’re so pleased with the results. Sending flowers to relatives in the UK is made much easier with this website. The bouquets are lovely and we can trust that they actually look as advertised, unlike other online retailers. They were delivered exactly on-time too. :)”

“Delivering flowers at 5pm for a birthday I ordered days in advance is kind of lame. Also when I called customer service you all were closed. You should definitely be open to help customers during the operating hours of delivery which you stated were 10-6pm pst. I ended up having to re-search who the florist was and calling them directly. Lastly I purchased the upgraded version of these flowers and they were just okay looking. What a bummer.”
