The floom site is great- easily navigated. I am very impressed of the speedy reply for my enquiry and even on Sunday. However, the delivery team( the florist) fail to follow the new instruction and instead left it with the neighbour, whom dropped my friend a rage message. Thus this is an uttered disappointment and destroyed the purposes of my requests in the first place. Its not entirely Floom false but since I was notified that the Florist accept the new instruction. It should had been followed.

Super easy process! Finding an affordable bouquet that I enjoyed was easier than I thought! And they delivered next day with no mishaps whatsoever. Will be using Floom again anytime I need quick, affordable and beautiful flowers.

The flowers were beautiful but arrived late which means that my sister got her flowers the day after her graduation. I would have given five stars if the delivery wasn’t late.

Updated review to reflect customer service support from Floom: my original review (and flowers rating) below was a reflection of the florist vendor whose arrangement I purchased via Floom. Upon receiving my review, Floom reached out quickly to verify the issues with my order, advise the vendor on what needed to be better, and coordinate a refund. I felt very supported as a customer and would therefore recommend Floom’s services. *** Flowers smelled SO good but were not in good shape when delivered. Some of the “flowers” were not the flowers in the picture - they were just stems dipped in paint! It was almost impossible to open the accompanying card, which was nearly illegible.

I placed a flower order for more than $200 in chicagowhich floom accepted and passed to another florist. I was advised of a 2 day delay then after much follow up from me they advised order could not be fulfilled due unforseen issue and cancelled with refund. Leaves me frustrated and order recipient without flowers on her special day

I ordered this as a gift to be delivered on a specific day. Either I didn't understand the website confirmation or it was delivered several days late.

I am sorry I cannot write a review because I can only comment on the ordering process. We sent flowers for bereavement for a colleague in our US office. I cannot ask her how the flowers were or how the delivery was since she is still in mourning.
