“The bouquet we received was nice. Unfortunately, having purchased the flowers a week in advance I wanted to change the delivery day. I emailed your company 3 times throughout the week and called every day. Nobody to answer my multiple calls and no responses which led to some serious inconveniences. You really need to improve your customer service post purchase.”

“I ordered flowers, the florist the order was sent to did not have the particular flowers in stock. I cancelled the order but Floom we’re great, very fast and responsive service, lovey communication and I would absolutely use Floom again.”
