Very poor experience. Paid £66 for a bunch of flowers for a birthday, to be delivered next day. Didn’t turn up until 2 days later (couldn’t get through to speak to anyone on contact number) and when bunch delivered, was not at all representative of what I had ordered. Avoid. Bloom and Wild much better

My flowers were never delivered. Then they sent me a message saying delivery was attempted but the “office” was closed. There was never an office; it is a hospital providing care to our most vulnerable people.

The flowers were gorgeous and my partner loved them. Score would have been 5 star. However, the flowers arrived a day late. I paid $19.99 for same day delivery. When I tried to figure out why the flowers were so delayed, I could not reach as Floom representative by phone because it was after hours. And I tried using the website chat box feature and the online system did not allow me to communicate my issue. It said there would be a chat box at the left hand corner of the screen and it wasn’t there. I expected to come home and see that my partner received the flowers. Instead I waited in the evening and nothing arrived till the following day and I did not receive notification of delay or that I would have my money returned for the same day delivery purchased. I see there’s an offer for free delivery if I leave a review by the 15th. Which is appreciated. But it would have been more appreciated if there had been communication about the delay, the same day delivery charge removed and returned, and an acknowledgment of the error made. It was a special surprise missed for the intended day. However, my partner does like the flowers. That’s why I gave 3 stars.

Flowers that were delivered was not the flowers chosen on the website. Once order was placed never received an email. Confirmation.

These roses were a hit. I sent them to a friend who just had a pet loss, and she exclaimed at how beautiful and full-bloomed they were, and how delightful they smelled. Albeit in full bloom, she was able to enjoy them for about a full week. She's also happy that I introduced her to a great new flower shop!
