“The flowers were relatively affordable and beautiful! The recipient loved them. I picked an understated bouquet of pink roses and white hydrangeas with greenery. The only thing that could have been better was that I did not receive delivery tracking, however I was emailed when the flowers were delivered. Would order from Floom again.”

“Great selection but customer service literally never pick up so if you have an issue, good luck 🙃 Also totally not floor’s fault but the flowers were quite overpriced and not great. I paid £85 and it was quite a sad looking bouquet”

“The orchid arrived with all flowers withered, dying leaves and some semi-broken wood. I would like it to be replaced but not until after 23 August.”

“The flowers were very nice, but weren’t what I had ordered. Blooms were switch to different colours. The bouquet I ordered was peach with highlights of yellow, but what was sent was a fuchsia pink and white. It was disappointing.”

“My sister had lost her beloved cat suddenly, and with Floom we were able to get her a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered on the same day. She also dislikes flowers, and Floom had such a variety of bouquets that I was able to find a bouquet that was beautiful and had no roses.”
