“The flowers delivered by DPD were damaged in transit breaking all but a few of the smaller flowers. The remainder were all but dead 2-3 days late.”

Hi Andrew, thank you for your review. We are glad to hear your flowers arrived on time but sorry that some of the stems were substituted or missing in your bouquet. Due to market availability florists occasionally have to substitute some stems in the bouquet to ensure delivery on the desired date, however, we try to ensure this is communicated to our customers beforehand. If you would like us to investigate this further with the florist, I would advise you to send images to the Customer Services Team at support@floom.com

“I would like to highly recommend one of the Floom florists. They are 6 Star Florist and Gifts Corina in Hayward California. They do all of my business florist needs as well as personal needs for the whole family and coworkers. Always fast, accommodating, friendly and professional. They create spectacular designs every time and for any size event. They will travel all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Each and every time has been consistently excellent. For any Florist needs go to 6Star Florist and Gifts Corina. You wouldn’t be disappointed, that’s for sure.”
