I absolutely love the service. I had to send flowers to a girl from across the ocean, and Floom made it not only easy but fun to do so. Also, the customer service is unreal. My delivery was time sensitive and apparently, the florist was going to have to delay it by a day. One of floom's customer success team members immediately reached out and informed me, offering a refund. This allowed me to both set up a new delivery that met my needs and get a full refund on the original order. I've already recomended the service to friends and I will be using it again.

I was unsure what company to use to order flowers from the US for delivery to the UK. I was impressed by the beautiful flower arrangements shown on the Floom site. I received a picture from the recipient and the flowers were just as beautiful. Extremely pleased with everything from the ease of ordering to the quality of the flowers.

a small bouquet, although I ordered a large one. The photo and description on the website do not correspond to the received bouquet, some flowers were not there at all

Horrible service, I ordered a bouquet Sunday to be delivered Monday (which was never delivered) and the team still hasn’t contacted me in regards to a refund. And then they send me this email asking me to rate their service. I’ll never use this service again.

Floom is my go to florist because of how easy it is to use. In the future I’d love if they allowed the recipient to schedule their delivery day and time themselves!

Hi Joann & Ron Im sorry, there have been issues with your order. I understand your order wasn't delivered. I can see you have been in touch with the Customer Services Team. An investigation did take place in finding out what happened to your order. Florists normally have 24 hours to respond. Ive checked this and the florist hasnt responded. As a result, I have processed your full refund. This will reach your account in the next 5-7 working days. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

Hi A Im sorry there have been issues with your order. I understand your order was delivered not at the time requested. I do have to highlight that Floom's delivery time frame is mentioned on the website. We do not cater for specific time requests but a delivery window from 10am to 6pm. I apologise if there was a misunderstanding.
