“I’ve had good experiences with Floom, but the “delivered” notifications were either sent before the flowers had actually arrived or late (the day after).”

Hi Michael, thank you for your review and for your feedback. Our partner florists deliver between 10am and 6pm. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer time slots as our partner florists all use different methods of delivering and we are currently unable to track all orders due to this.

“Flowers did NOT arrive on the date requested even though I received a delivery confirmation email. After following up with Floom via chat, I was promised the flowers would be delivered a week later. The flowers ended up being delivered to the wrong address where they sat in a box for a week. I requested a refund but never received one. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my sister-in-law's 60th birthday ended up being a totally disappointment for her and for me. And, I'm out the $90 I spent. I will not be using Floom again and will not be recommending them to anyone.”

“The flowers were great, so 5 for the flowers. However, the deliverer behaved very very inappropriately and rudely, using profane language including the f-word, thus ruining my surprise for my girlfriend. Therefore 1 for the delivery.”

We appreciate your feedback however the delivery driver did not use profane language with your girlfriend nor were they inappropriate. They are sorry they were not able to deliver the flowers directly to the door however they did not act untoward towards your girlfriend.

“Beautiful, reasonably-priced, fresh, well-presented gift bouquet delivered in promised window to the right place (guest at a London hotel). Only quibble is that 1/2 the flower types or colours were different from advertised pictures. Overbalanced the bouquet to yellow, which was slightly disappointing, but not devastating. Guess it depends on seasonal availability as to final product produced. Might have liked to have a say on what was substituted, particularly in terms of colour swaps.”
