Delivery was punctual and the flowers arrived in pristine condition. The bouquet was not exactly as shown on the website, but still gorgeous. My wife was thrilled when she received them!!! Thank you Floom!!!

I sent a Peony plant to a friend who's husband had died and the plant was in poor condition and died within 1 day, which was very upsetting for the friend and me. (I didn't want to send a dead plant and make her distress worse) I made a complaint within 4 days due to the funeral etc and received a clearly copied and pasted email to say that fresh flowers are only guaranteed for 72hrs and 10% off a future order. This was a plant. Another agent promised to look in to it and send another plant and this was then overridden and I had an email stating that they only look at complaints within 72hrs even with a plant that is clearly meant to last longer than that. No apology, no refund or new plant.

Not happy with the service this time, I searched based on postcode and the plant I selected suddenly wasn't available for delivery after I'd added it to cart, input all my details and written a message. I went back and selected another plant and processed the order, only to be emailed hours later to be told that plant also wasn't available for delivery and that another plant (not the one that I wanted) could be delivered the next day. So I ended up with the wrong plant and delivery on the day after my friend's birthday.

I sent flowers from the US to my mom in Minehead and they were beautiful! She had a very happy birthday and loved the bouquet. Very easy experience first time sending flowers overseas.

The flowers looked nothing like the picture presented on the website. Absolute waste of money would never buy from here again. The picture showed more flowers compared to the amount that came it was only 3 roses for £45. Terrible purchase.

Floom took my money and gave me a delivery date but the order never got past the 'prepared' status. It was not delivered on the date specified and I was subsequently told that the order could not be filled as there had been a problem with delivery and redelivery was not possible. I do not believe that delivery was even attempted. I have been told that my money has been refunded (yet to be confirmed). I am totally disgusted that promises were made and not fulfilled. I would not use Floom again.

Hello there and thanks for getting in touch! We are somewhat disappointed by this review in which you gave all aspects of the service, including flowers you said you haven't seen, two stars. You contacted us to move your delivery date dramatically forward, we contacted the florist and explained the urgency of the situation. They brought your delivery date forward to as early as they could as you requested and I had personally confirmed with you and then upon delivery, you were sent an e-mail confirming the delivery of the flowers.
