I was confirmed my flowers would be delivered at the 9th between 9 to 6 , it wasnt and made the whole purchase a waste. This was for a birthday and sent to the work address! I dont know where the flowers are and made me look like an idiot who forgot to buy a gift and taking my money for it. This whole thing is a huge scam!

I have used Floom only once, to send flowers to my daughter on the occasion of her completing finals at university. I got a response two hours after the order that said 'Unfortunately our florist isn't able to deliver to your recipient's area today due to unforeseen circumstances.' I called customer service and said 'how about tomorrow', but the response was 'no, the order has been cancelled'. I scrambled to find another vendor for tomorrow, and all worked out. To Floom's credit, they did notify me, which some online services fail to do. But if I owned Floom, I would instruct their customer service people to do everything in their power to retain business and to satisfy a would-be customer. The order was already canceled, fine. How about then saying 'let me work with you and get another order for tomorrow.' Nope. No interest. Not my job. So props for a relatively quick notification (stuff happens, I know), but customer service has to do better than to be apathetic to customers. Especially new customers.

NOT worth it — paid $75 + $20 shipping for a handful of cheap flowers. Looks nothing like what they advertise online and extremely overpriced

The beautiful flowers I ordered cost almost £100 - what arrived were wilted petrol station flowers. Dumped on the doorstep. Delivery was an extra cost but they did not ring the bell, the recipient was at home. They did not call ahead as requested. The flowers weren’t even the same colour as the bouquet I ordered they should have been fabulous but were ugly. I did receive a 30% refund immediately because they could see how horrible the flowers were. However, I do not feel adequately compensated and despite previous good experiences I will never use floom again.

2days late after paying extra for next day delivery. And flowers delivered in a box!! Very poor presentation! Will never use Floom again.

Terrible service. Told me the flowers were delivered when they weren’t. Tried the next day to deliver and something else went wrong and they still haven’t been delivered. This was for a friend who lost her father and it was very important to me the flowers were delivered, and they were not. I then asked for a refund as she hasn’t received them, and they said no.
