I ordered flowers for the 29th and they did not arrive. No one contacted me to say they hadn’t arrived so I reached out to ask if they had been delivered and they didn’t even seem aware of the problem and asked that I wait for them to reach out to their delivery partner and they would get back to me. It’s been 2 days and still no response. Absolutely would never order flowers from here ever again

The flowers were delivered on time and beautiful. They did put the wrong apartment number on the address, so another person in the building initially got them, but the neighbors / building staff were able to sort it out. The website loading is a bit buggy, so check out on mobile was not smooth.

The flowers were really meager. Five peony heads with a few sprays of what looked like wild flowers thrown in. Really disappointing.

The flowers were beautiful, but they arrived a day late, which was odd. I had bought same-day service, and did not get any updates on when they would be delivered and whether they would be late. It was a bit nail-biting when it was clear my friend hadn't received the flowers on her birthday. I was glad that at least she got the beautiful bouquet the following day.

I've used Floom multiple times over the years; their bouquets are always top quality and gorgeous. The customer service team has also been incredibly responsive when a recipient was having a hard time finding her flower delivery. Highly recommend!

I recently placed an order for a small bouquet of flowers, expecting it to be modest in size. However I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I like the packaging of the bouquet and envelope with my note. Impressive arrangement that brought joy to everyone!! The delivery was also very quick. I will definitely order more from Floom!

This is the worst service I have ever received. I placed an order and the they were not delivered. Floom could not get a hold of the florist and has not refunded me and have not attempted to remedy the situation in any form. This was extremely disappointing as the delivery was for a special event. Floom should have known that the flowers were not going to be delivered and offered me a new florist. Now I’m out a 100 pounds, and no flowers have been delivered. This has been the WORST experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Don’t use this website. The customer service is really poor and cannot solve any problem. My order was not delivered on the scheduled date and I had to call the local florist by googling myself. The customer service agent, Stacey, ended my chat without solving the problem with really awful attitude. Also, the actual delivery is completely different from the picture posted on the website. Do not trust what you see on the website.
