“I have ordered from floom about 4 times and this was the first time they didn’t mess up the order or provide us with ugly flowers that didn’t match the photos. These flowers were definitely not exactly like the photos but it was closer than all the orders I’ve received.”

“It was 7pm on May 13th, the day before American Mother’s Day and also my mother’s birthday - and I realized I hadn’t got my act together and bought my mum anything. Enter “Floom” who were practically the only floral website that took last minute orders. Their website had a beautiful and artisanal range to choose from, from approx £45 through to £300. The high end options were so beautiful I was tempted to go all out but instead settled on a £60 bouquet that was very classy. Floom delivered on time as promised and my mum was thrilled with her gift, they lit up her face and her kitchen where she ended up placing them. Thank you Floom I have added you to my favorite bookmarks :)”

“I ordered flowers for a Mother’s Day delivery. They never showed up. It wasn’t until I proactively reached out to the company to find out what had happened that the flowers suddenly appeared to the next day. When I explained that I thought this was unacceptable, the offer I was given was a refund on the delivery fee and a credit to be used with the company in the future. When I declined that offer saying that the whole point of flowers for Mother’s Day was that my mother got them on Mother’s Day a representative from Floom suggested that I return the flowers to the supplier, so they can dry them out if I wasn’t happy for a refund. This is unacceptable. I expressed that and have heard nothing cents. Avoid using this company at all costs since they use third-party vendors, and don’t seem to realize that if you order flowers for a special occasion, they really should arrive on the day of the special occasion since that’s what you paid for. It is insulting to suggest that the customer should then return the flowers to the original supplier so they may be used as dried flowers in order to get a refund”

“Floom delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mum; from start to finish the process of choosing a bouquet, confirming payment, and through to delivery was smooth and easy, and delivery to a countryside English cottage was a relieved success. I'm happy to have used this service and recommend this company to anyone in future. To add, the bouquet delivered was prettier, brighter, and had more colourful flowers than the one I chose off the website :)”

“Floom has been my to-go place whenever I get to order flowers. The flowers and plants lasts long time when you take care of it very well and also, I believe it is because the florist has great amount of love towards the plants /flowers. One of my order was mistakenly not delivered on time but they quickly fixed it and sent the the next day.”
