“The flowers were beautiful!! My sister said they were her favorite she's received this year -- and she's had at least a dozen delivered. Fair price, shipped the next day as promised... Will definitely use Floom again!”

“Ordered the flower arrangement on Friday to be delivered to the hospital on Saturday. The thing is that they discharged the patient on Saturday (2 days before expected). I was away from home and couldn't change the delivery address on my phone. I tried with the "chat" option, but it was impossible. Finally, when I got home to my computer, I wrote an email to Floom, and they offered a full refund.”

“I was glad Floom delivered the Mother's Day flowers I ordered on time to my mum but was disappointed by the bouquet itself. It came in its own vase but apparently, the water was dirty and the flowers only lasted 3 days, which would be fine if I had spent like £30 on them but I paid £100 so I would expect they'd last at least a week. As well, the bouquet didn't look like it did on the site, with some of the flower stems broken off. Again, I understand it's not likely to look exactly like the picture but what arrived didn't look like it was worth £100. I've attached the bouquet photo on the site and what arrived on the day for reference. Worth noting I paid for the 'superior' bouquet that looked much fuller than the standard £60 bouquet, but what arrived looked more like the standard.”

“I needed to send a Mothers Days arrangement to my wife in London from me in Texas, USA. I had never done this before. I Googled, found Floom and they made it so easy and convenient! A wide selection of reasonably priced arrangements and gifts! The Mother's Day items were delivered to the front desk of her hotel on time and perfectly! “I ordered Mother's Day flowers in April (so several weeks ahead of time) to be delivered on actual Mothers' Day. They arrived to my mom at 7:45pm, and they forgot to print out/include the note I had written for my mom. The flowers were pretty and looked close enough to the photo, but between the extremely late delivery time and the forgotten note, I felt the service was lacking. I paid over $200 for the flowers plus delivery, and I feel like for that price, my expectations were not met.”

“i used Floom once before and it seemed fine, but this time I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day (Sunday 5/14) for my mother and my aunt... it was not cheap... and the flowers never arrived, and I never got any kind of notification. It's now 5/16, the following Tuesday, and crickets.”
